I have decided that will focus on developing Human resource skills which are required
for changing business (Zacher and et.al., 2019). Developed a PDP plan by personal swot as well
as skill audit and hence will know the way in which qualities for HRM can be developed or
improved.

It will help me to understand my strength which can be use for various types of task,
weakness that can be improved by proper plan, opportunities that can be taken by skills and
challenges that can become barrier in my professional growth.

do not resist me because of unknown nature and hence it leads to conflict and many times I
thought to leave the place the permanently because of negative behaviour of people.

There are number of times my moods swing such as when I accomplish task professor
praise me and motivation build inside me which increase efficiency, quality and productivity of
work. However, there are number of times when I exhausted from work and thought to left it and

bear ignores of people in team and it increase isolation feeling inside. Friends supported me a lot

me and participates and tries to tackle people with effective leadership which I imbibed during

also increase but this time I am able to tackle every situation in effective way. There are number
of times when friend, family and people working with me offended because of my aggression
and not behaving properly but they remain calm and try to change my nature. I feel sometimes
that I had taken wrong decision related to future and have to think again if i am able to walk out
from this situation but my professor inclusion in profession life created positive and healthy
environment.

There are number of things which I faced during this module and hence increase
experience whether it is of type or bad type. I am able to build contact with senior who guided
me a lot and they also get job in MNC and they told me to give reference whenever need job in
their company. However, there are many people who misguided me and try to deviate from my
goals but with time I am able to indentify such type of people. Also it improves various types of
professional quality such as leadership skill develops in this module.
Analysis
I find many reasons for work and module complete on time. Firstly able to develop time
management skills which help in scheduling task and work on time. However, because of some

situation were difficult but with time and good people I am able to manage and control

I find many reasons for work and module complete on time. Firstly able to develop time
management skills which help in scheduling task and work on time. However, because of some
poor communication skills faces challenges which in later stage overcome somehow. Every
situation were difficult but with time and good people I am able to manage and control
everything. Guidance of professors, senior students etc. again help me a lot. Books and journals
in library very helpful and it support me in accomplishing task time and hence increase quality,
efficiency and productivity of work. I face challenges in various training and development
programs because of orientation and the way of expressing by HR but in the end disusing with
them reduce my stress and able to learn properly .
Conclusion

every day meeting with people who have various types of professionals and observe them so that
