1.2 Strategic Analysis
CC Music is a company that has been operating within the field of music for a long
time and is one of the major business organizations within the same field of operation. Two
owners named, Chris and Clive, own the business. Both of them run the business in
partnership. In sharing, both of them typically operate all the activities that are carried out
within the business such as the likes of advertising the brand through the website that already
exists in possession of the company (Gürel and Tat, 2017). The other activities also include
the likes of managing the bookings of the company by the clients and all of that is
provisioned to them by the existing website that provides them with the factor of
sustainability within the business of the organization. However, in regards to the current

updates would primary include the activity of marketing their brand with the use of social

events that are taking place within CC Music.
Hence, to carry out the strategic analysis of the whole business activity, the SWOT
analysis has been carried out as follows,
Strengths
There is the shared existence of a number of competitors within the same field of
business that carry the capability to provide with a tough competition to the organization
(Phadermrod, Crowder and Wills, 2019). However, in this regard CC Music has a upper hand
in terms of having an online presence within the market that helps to attract more clients
rather than the other existing competitors.
i) The company also has a wide reach around various geographical regions that
provisions the company with a better helping hand to meet the demands of the
customers with greater efficiency.
Weaknesses
The weakness of the company has been identified as well that leads to dissatisfaction
and failure of meeting the business outcomes at times,
i) CC Music specifically follows a certain model for business that is very easy to
imitate and copy by the competitors who are having the primary objective to
provide the company with a tough competition (Abdel-Basset, Mohamed and
Smarandache, 2018). Hence, the company should keep some necessary

ii) The gross as well as the operating margins of the organization can be increased by
having a potential degree of certain improvement by carrying out a proper

iii) Apart from this, potential existence of a security software that will protect the
organization from unauthorized access as well as safeguard their sensitive
information is required to mitigate the serious consequences that might take place.
Opportunities
In regards to the current situation of the company, there is the shared existence of a
number of opportunities that might act as a helping hand towards the business of the
company in specific (Sarsby, 2016). Such opportunities are,
i) Adopting of various online existing services in behalf of CC Music that might
prove to be a benefit for the company acting as a primary contributor towards the
growth of the company. In addition to this, the online services will also help the
company to attract more number of customers to have a greater business,
increased revenue generation as well as to have a broader base of customers that
will supply with greater business if retained.
ii) The standardise regulations that are in existence by the government of the state
have proved to be difficult as a situation by the company as a result of which the
business had come to a halt in making use of unorganized music players (Madsen,
2016). As a result, proper utilization of such standards might act as a major
advantage for the business of the company.

I have also individually learnt about how to switch a problematic project and get it
finalized in time. I have learnt the unique features of project management, like handling time
and clearly describing the objectives and aims of the project. I have been capable of
monitoring Chris and Clive on their innovative venture and suggested those approaches to
exploit revenues using advertising strategies such as free advertisings and charity events that
they can arrange.
I am capable of constructing a comprehensive budget/cost chart for the business that
had unmistakably described the different price factors that CC music had to bear by
participating in the drift software and clarifying its working values. I have assisted CC
Company to improve strategies to accomplish its long term objective of forming itself as a
capable music company in the market by improving and refining its fan base expansion and

I have also delivered Chris and Clive with suggestions to employ more specialists in
