education. The academic professional is defined as the various norms and ways in which the
education has its own importance and for the development of the career of an individual. The
University is the broader and the large curriculum as compared to the other professional degree
in addition to the undergraduate degree. The main aim of the Universities is to guardian of the
reason, philosophical and inquiry openness, preserving a pure inquiry form the dominant public
opinions. It is very important for the Universities to follow the certain rule and regulations in
order o graduate people by the various academic skills. The establishment of the university
includes the various aspect in order to be an effective and the repudiated university within the
other competitors. It is very important for the University to include the various stakeholders
such as staff members, students, committee groups, industry alumni and professions and also the

considered the most important aspect for the individual. This can impact in the life of individual
as they seek for getting high marks in the academics which can create a mental pressure on the
students and affect their mental and physical health. This can also create anxiety problem in an
individual because there are certain tasks to do activities which need to be completed on time by
the students. This is the matter of concern for the University to create a environment in which
students learn they do not face any such problems. It is very important for the institution to create
a mind free schedule for the students with having a new techniques of learning adopted.

University focus on guiding the students in order to develop their career. It is very important for
the management to take care if the various social responsibilities activities in order to attract
customers. As it is identified that at the time of the construction of the building there is various
impact over the society which need to taken care by the management. As the university is been
establishing in the large city which will impact in the carbon footprint which need to be
addressed in order to eliminate the external factors which can impact they society. If an
university open in a large city them it impact the carbon footprint as it extract the natural
resources to build material itself, causes environmental degradation, consume energy and also
