REFLECTION
Different experience of conducting reflection
Conducting module in University has helped me in evolving as a learner in the organization.
Reason behind the same is identified that this module has helped me in building good
knowledge as well as skill to carry out different operation in the module. Looking at the
knowledge, information which is gather by me in regarding of changing the form of the sentence
has eventually helped me in enhancing level of grammar knowledge which is possess by me in
the market. This has helped me in building good control over the language. This will eventually
helped me in building good image of mine on the other in the future. Another knowledge which
was gained by me due to module was about the different voice and tenses of the grammar, this
has eventually helped me in improving the written communication skills of mine. As having
better knowledge of different voice and tense in the organization eventually used to help me in
presenting my message in more attractive way in front of the other in the organization. In the
initial stage I was a little bit nervous of learning this sort of knowledge in the University, as in
the past I was not having that sort of knowledge to carry out module for the organization but by
taking help of the senior and colleagues I was able to complete the module very easily. This will
help me in conducting any such type of module in University. Also, this module has helped me
in understanding the importance of carried out different type of module in the organization. As it
was realized by me that having solved different type of module in the University, help the
learner in improving the quality of learning.
At the same time there were many different type of skill which was also developed by me in the
process of carrying out the module for the University. The biggest skill of all was the analysis
skill. As this module has provided me the variety of the different type of guideline to carry out
the module. This has eventually build a good sort of analytical skill of mine, as after some time I
was able to analysis different data very easily in the module, this eventually used to help me in
carrying out the operation of the module very comfortably. Another skill which was developed
by me in the organization was the communication skill. As this module has asked me to
communicate with senior as well as with the colleague to solve the variety of the issue which
was faced by me in the process of carrying out project in the organization. This has eventually
helped me in carrying out the variety of the issue very easily in the University. Also, as this
module has given me a good control over the language this has eventually helped me in building

a good sort of written communication of mine to carry out different operation in the
organization. Another skill which was developed by me in the organization was the team
building skill. As this module was carried out in the team, this has eventually drive the good
amount of communication among the team member, also we used to work together to solve any
of the issue which was faced by anyone in the module. This has eventually build a good team
building skill of mine in University.
Importance of the skill for future activity of an organization
Building that sort of skill and knowledge will eventually helped me in carrying out different
issue which will be faced by me or my team member in the future in carrying out any other
module or any activity in an university. As this module has helped me in understanding the
process of carrying out module, this will eventually helped me in overcoming the variety of the
issue which will be faced by me at the time of carrying out any other module in the future. Also,
conducting this module for the university will eventually helped me in building good image of
mine in the future on the other party. As this module has helped me in having good control over
my language, this will eventually helped me in presenting good message in front of the other in
the University. This will eventually result in the situation that I will able to pass on good
response to variety of the issue which is faced in the organization. This will build good image of
mine in front of other party in the organization.
Not only that this will also help me in overcoming the variety of the issue incorporated
in the process of my end goal i.e. to get a degree from the college after 3 years. As having
knowledge of carrying out module in the organization will eventually helped me in getting good
sort of number in different exam. This will eventually helped me in achieving the end goal very
efficiently. Also, conducting this module for the university will help me in solving the different
issue very easily in the organization. As with the help of this module I was able to build the
variety of the skill which will help me in solving the different issue. As analysis skill will help
me in analysing the different problem very effectively in the module and will also provide a
good hand of support to me in getting the solution of the issue very easily. After that
communication skill of mine will eventually helped me in passing on the solution of the issue
very effectively to other in the University. Conducting this module in the organization will also
help me in building good sort of relationship with the other in the University. As team building

skill will build a good sort of relationship with different customer in the University. This will
eventually help me in getting support of other individual in the university to solve the variety of
the issue which is faced by the individual.
