Statistical Analysis of DeVry Admissions Data: A University Project

This project analyzes DeVry admissions data for 100 advisors using Excel. The assignment involves processing, organizing, presenting, and summarizing data on variables like student starts, applications, time spent with potential students, years of experience, and training. The analysis includes measures of central tendency, variability, five-number summaries, and frequency distributions. Graphical techniques such as histograms, bar charts, pie charts, and scatter plots are used to visualize the data and interpret relationships between variables. The project explores individual variable distributions and pairings, such as the relationship between applications and student starts, and training and years of experience. The findings provide insights into the factors influencing DeVry admissions outcomes.
