INTRODUCTION
The learner and students created an educational artefact while learning in the course of
instruction. Education artefacts refers to the learning report which provides a proof of individual
experiences and education process. Development plan and personal learning is a kind of self-
evaluation as well as self-reflection that is used by learners as a base for their higher education
and professional career.
The assessment is created on the basis of case study, he topic is poor stress management
that can affect the heath, well-being and learning of a student. Further, it states effective means

Stress refers to the feeling which is directly associated with emotional and physical
tension which has come from any type of thought and event that make a person nervous,
frustrated and angry. Moreover, stress management is represented to wide range of techniques
and psychotherapies that are aimed to managing level of stress and tension of an individual,
specifically- chronic stress or tension for the improvement of day to day working. It included
multiple number of techniques, strategies with many tools that decline the level of negative
impact of stress on mental and physical health of an individual (Beers, 2020). Many learners of
university face the high level of stress which impacted the grades and happiness with health.
When a learner is exposed to stressor and stimuli that provoke tension, there are huge
possibilities that they face many cognitive, physical and behavioural and emotional changes and
they also react emotionally as well as aggressively. Many students also faced physical stress
during the time of their academic and university. The symptoms of physical stress are sweating,
vertigo, fatigue, muscle tension, stomachaches and headaches that well leads to increase in heart
rated also. The main reason behind the high stress among learners of university are relationships,

workload, extra curriculum practices, transitions, social challenges and home work (Muckler,
2021).
Learners of university face high level of competition and stress by taking challenging and
complex courses, field, learning and acing interview test, by taking life changing decision for
career as well as gathering impressive extra informations. Also, students who are learning at
university are needed to navigate social problems or challenges associated for higher education
and career. These students of university experiences extra stress which are associated with new
responsibilities, change in lifestyle, increased workload as well as interpersonal relationship
which hinder performance and work effectiveness leads to bad learning, academic performance
and well-being of a student.
As per the smith, Stress refers to the normal and useful for student to perform their day
to day practices. The hormone that comes as factor of stress helps as time motivating and
managing for students to perform their task in most effective ways. The issues and complexity
created with the time when stress flow over distress. It is evaluated that the stress has negative
impact on day to day working and like of a student which affected directly their learning when it
creates problems and stop them to communicate and achieve their goal effectively. Multiple
effective means for leaner to manage nervous, stress and feel anxious are as follows-
Taking to someone- For a learner, isolation and being introvert can have bad impact on
learning, happiness and health of learner. It is essential of an individual to share their feeling and
events with someone as well as taking to other people in order to get stress free and better
feeling. For a learner of university, taking and interacting with other including family, friends
and loved ones who care about them best as well as know about them most. It has been
determined that interacting and socialising with relatives refers to the great means for deducting
stress level, enhance health and mood (Chng and Gurvitch, 2018). For example, when a learner
studying in university, meet and hangout with friend and tell them about the problems which
they are dealing, some good events happening in their life as well as asking and taking their
advice for certain things in order to get insight to live better and happy life contributing to
reducing the feeling of anxious and level of stress.
Exercising- It is one of the best means for a learner to manage nervous and stress for
student of university is exercising. Because exercising is most common stress buster among the
people as well as releases endorphin hormone which makes an individual feel good and happy.

By doing proper exercising students may feel good sense of achievement and build positivity for
better mental health as compare to spending time outdoor with others. Exercising increases
overall mental, physical health as well as generate sense of well-being which generate activeness
among them. Exercising refers to great means as the treatment of feeling of anxious and
depressive symptoms instead of taking therapies and antidepressant (Hewis, 2020). For the
learners, physical activities have great power to reduce their overall tension as well as for the
improvement of quality of life physically and mentally. It also has positive impact on the mood
of a person by relieving anxiety to tension to mild depression.
Getting enough sleep- Life schedule or time table of the student of university is busy
due to this reason they do not sleep properly or timely. Maintaining proper routine of sleep is
great means for well-being, mental health and managing stress. By scheduling proper time table
and following proper routing of sleep regularly clam stress and restores body which regulates
mood, improves concentration and sharpens stress (Karlsen and Johansen, 2019). These acts are
necessary measure for dealing with stress, feeling anxious and nervous for learner of university.
Time management- Learner of university frequently get nervous and stressed during the
time of extra workload and when they feel that they less to complete the task and achieving the
purpose of project. The task and purpose can be related with work, study, assignments and
feeling of overwhelmed with social activities. Whereas, technique of making scheduling and
proper time management can help the learners to build feeling of stress free and relaxed with
focused or dedication (Mohamadi, 2018). It is necessary for students to make a proper written
work or time schedule, breaking lengthy task into small steps as well as creating spare time for
themselves for socialise and relaxation. By creating proper time table, a learner of university
differentiates and divide their task in non-urgent as well as urgent practices which is important to
manage feeling of nervous and stressful circumstances.
CONCLUSION
As per the above presented information, it is concluded that managing stress level and
tension is necessary for good mental and physical health as well as well-being of a person. Poor
stress management has negative impact on health, learning, performing daily functions and
feeling anxious. Time management, exercising, getting enough sleep and talking to someone are
some of effective means which a learner of university can reduce and manage feeling nervous or
stress.
