INTRODUCTION
This essay will outline the relationship between attaining success by gaining
knowledge and creativity at university level. Skills, knowledge and competency plays a
crucial role in meeting success at University and at professional level. This essay will define
how I prepared for success at University with the help of knowledge, creativity and
enhancement of my skills.
MAIN BODY
During this module at University I was able to enhance my creativity and expand my
knowledge through continuous learning which supported me in preparing for success. On the
basis of knowledge and creativity, I developed my learning and skills in order to maintain
success by gathering information and understanding of the subject. Creativity and innovation
are the imaginative ideas which can be transferred into reality and skills and competencies
supported planning innovative ideas and solutions (Allina, 2018). During this module, I was
able to expand my knowledge through learning and practicing that supported million
leveraging creativity and bringing value to business. During the module, I understood the
value of knowledge and creativity with fosters and individual to think, perceive, express and
enhance their personality.
As per my opinion, knowledge management is a set of principle that governs business
and organisation process which supports when creative ideas are used for delivering business
value. During this module, I was able to work on my communication skills and other skills
which supported me in continuous improvement that can support in attracting fire
opportunities for employment and shaping a better career. By continuous learning, this
created a pathway for enhancing my knowledge and expanding my knowledge management
which supported me in meeting all desired objective at academic and professional level. By
working on my creativity, skills, competencies and potential, this module supported me in
improving my performance, gaining experience and shaping my career (Davidson, 2017).
This module was not just about enhancing my performance at academic and professional
level whereas, this module focused on increasing my knowledge through improving my
creativity and making development at personal and professional level by which more
employability opportunities can be attracted.

During this module, I understood the value of communication in academic and
professional context. At all levels of education, students must be able to understand the vital
role of communication and its efficiency in order to gain success. Solid communication skill
is an important factor for academic success and this can be managed and mastered through
enhancing the oral and written communication skills which will support in performing well in
academic session. Oral communication is a social language which is used in daily interaction
with others by different forms, such as- eye contact, body language and facial expression. By
understanding the efficiency and effectiveness of communication, it fosters positive self-
esteem for students and enhances their social interaction that will support them in meeting
their academic needs and work towards academic session successfully (Kiyama and Rios-
Aguilar, 2017). Written communication is another form where ideas can be effectively
expressed, such measures supports in increasing the engagement at University and at
workplace. With the help of communication skills, it supported me in active listening,
boosting confidence, giving and receiving feedback, respecting others and encouraged to
present ideas appropriately with clear and concise manner. Such benefits of communication
skills supported me in meeting performance standards.
Some of the future challenges of University course which can be faced are various
factors, some of these challenges are the- relevancy of traditional classroom of learning is
higher than online learning mediums which has been a challenge due to the Global pandemic
and create an obstacle for students to enhance the skill and gain knowledge in the real world
and studying through online mediums can be more expensive. Due to online courses, this will
lead to children’s in enrolling in more short-term online courses to upskill their education
tenure whereas, this can create a negative impact on their knowledge base and competencies.
Due to global pandemic, I attended my classes through online platform and this was a
challenge in order to understand the tutor and share personal views. Such challenges created a
barrier in gaining real experiences and affected the understanding of real implication of
knowledge which can also negatively influence the performance at workplace.
During this module, I understood the Expectations of University throughout the
course from us, the expectations from University were clearly shared in order to meet those
standards. As a student, I had several questions during the module at University and
somehow these expectations were the answer to my questions (Malik, 2018). The university
expected to follow the weekly routine and all attendance policies where they shared the
information regarding the late policies for not completing the work on time and how we can

be charged for such delay in work. During this module, I understood the value of academic
integrity and how it should be followed throughout the academic and professional career
which will create a sense of honesty, fairness, and ownership of all the work what has been
done during the module. The Expectations of University course was not just about grades
whereas, the university expected us to actively participate in class meetings where we can
understand the opinions of others and share our own ideas that can be helpful in enhancing
the knowledge and creativity. In this module, we were lined with the help of grades and the
performance criteria which has been met by us throughout the module. Such grading was
helpful for me to get feedback from others that can support me in improving my performance
to enhance my skills and engaging in continuous learning for increasing my knowledge.
CONCLUSION
From the above essay, it can be concluded that skills, knowledge, creativity and
competency are the blocks which can create a pathway to success at academic and
professional level. Through continuous learning, knowledge and performance can be
improved which supports in attracting a greater number of opportunities. It can be
summarized that creativity can be enhanced and such improvements and development can
foster in shaping career and in gaining fruitful experience where new thing can be learnt from
different situations and circumstances.
