Document 1: Essay from an article
Half of the all work and task will be done be machines by the 2025 as it is forecast by
the World Economic Forum. It is said that the robot revolution will be creating the 97 million
jobs across the world (Hafezalkoto and et.al., 2018). The Research done by the forum spanned
300 of the world’s biggest companies, who will employ the almost eight million people
around the world. It is surveyed by the employers by more than 50 % that it will speed up the
automation of the some roles in the organization while other 43 % will surveyed that the job
swill cut due to the technology.
By having effect from the pandemic had sped up to adopt the new technologies as
companies used to have new ways of working. The workers in the company are threatening
as the company will use more automated machines in order to do work in the organization.
The roles like decision- making, communication skills and others will have the rise in
demand as these things cannot be done by using the machines (Hajizadeh, 2019). It is said
that the many manual jobs will be displaced by using and adopting the new technologies.

SWOT analysis tells about the Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the
person and helps them to overcome from its weaknesses and threats (Wang and Wang, 2020).
Strengths: These are the strong points which
make me to do work better. My strength is
that I have the good leadership skills and

Weaknesses: These are the weak points
which should be improved by the person. My
weak point is that I am not able to
communicate with people.
Opportunities: These are the good points that
the person must adopt. I have an opportunity
to indulge in the course which improves my
skills.
Threats: The threat is that I am not knowing
that I will able to learn that new course or
not.

The VARK model of learning used to suggest that there are basically four type of
learners that is visual, auditory, reading and Kinesthetic (Kamal and et.al., 2021).
The above shows the result of the test done by me of the follows questions marked by
me in the questionnaire. It shows that I am good at visual and kinaesthetic as I have score
good in these two learning. Further it interpreted that I have to improve in my reading and

From the above documents it is identified the essay on the machines to do half of the
work by the year 2025. This makes to reduce in the employment for the labours and the
organization will be adopting the new technologies in order to do work faster (Börü, 2018).
Further I have done the SWOT analysis which shows the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities
and threats. By doing this it makes me to analyse the weaknesses of threats and helps me to
overcome from weaknesses. The VARK questionnaire helps to know about my four qualities
of learning and makes me know that in which I am good and which I have to learn the most.
From making the study plan from my college routine to home it makes to manage my time
according to the plan and helps in order to study for better hours. This is the very time-
consuming method in order to manage the time and learn new things on time. By making the
questionnaire on the above analysis it improves my skill and makes me to do better in my
course.
The above documents make me to know and have importance about the note taking
by having the example in it. It helps me to make notes and helps to read whenever needed. I
have also learned the use of communication skill by having the example contained in the
report. It makes me to improve my communication skills and helps me to improve my
communication skills. By using the SMART model it shows the specific, measurable,
attainable, realistic and timely efforts of mine in order to have better learning of the course.
By producing the plan for achieving the future objectives helps me the lot in order to achieve
the objectives. Further from explaining the motivation theory it makes me to do my work on
time and this makes my skills developed and at last I have made the new and up dated SWOT
by having changes from the first SWOT analysis.
