INTRODUCTION
For moving towards the success every one needs to develop their personal, professional
and creative skills at their own university. We need to develop different skills and properties
which help to get success in the academic as (Back, A.L. 2019) well as in the future professional
career. We have to be creative, innovative, communicative, extrovert and physically fit, and all
these properties are started developing from the educational life and helps in the professional
life as a experience. Skills development not stop after the academic life it continue to develop
and mature which than count as a experience. For the development of all those skills we need to
be focus and good learner. Finally these skills helps in achievement of objective of life.

Every one need to be focus about their goals and objectives of life. we are started dreaming for
the goal of life, from the beginning of are maturity age, (Parker, D.M. 2018) but some of the
goals can be temporary and some can be permanent, as long as we are getting mature the
selecting of aim and subject for our professional life through the education is done by us but for
that we have to be focused. Along with the education there are some additional skills repaired for
the success in every filed and profession. As learner I have been understand that, on of the most
important skill is communication because it a primary step towards the development of other
skills, as good commination helps in the learning from others. Communication is a mode of
transmitting the information from one person to to other, and we can say it good when it aid to
convince and attract others. I developed my communication skills by participating in different
activities at university, participation helped me to increase my confidence and exposer to others
which finally results in the good communication. Listening is a part of communication so for
improving my communication skills. I started listening every one carefully, I listen the every
lectures, presentations and motivational classes for the betterment of my communication skills.
Which helped me to increase my understanding capacity. Presentation is the other important part
of communication which helped me in the increasing my communication confidence at

university and that confidence reversely helps in the good presentation at my professional life.
Improvement of voice, posture of body, (Johnson, R.M. 2019) language, writing skills, all of
theses quality's is the part of effective communication. A clean and laud voice helps in the good
communication and in the effective presentation. Body posture some how highly effects the
communication and presentation, so it is very essential to do personality development which
helps and guide about right posture and language. I improved my body posture in university by
taking the personality development class that how to stand, move hands, how to speak etc.
During my academic life for the development communication skill I started taking responsibility,
and the those experiences reversely helps in the management of different responsibilities.
Teachers and parents have very important role in my personality development. Along with the
communication skills there are some other skill which should be posses by an individual for
accomplishment of goals, that is leadership skills and it involves other personal and professional
quality's for effective leadership such as effective communication, innovative thinking, problem-
solving etc. and I developed all these quality's by performing in different academics progresses,
by leading by juniors. All these skills and quality's helps me to manage the responsibilities of my
office.

For the further study I will have to face and and fulfil the expectations of university,
related to the course and other academics functions. ( Kebritchi, M. 2017) For the management
of academics challenges and fulfilment of further more expectation of college. I will use my
communication and leadership skills which I have, but I need to improve those skills for
betterment of my ability to fulfil the expectation of university. I will use my innovative and
creative thinking for the accomplishment of upcoming projects and programs, I will more
improve the listening skills so that I can better understand the course of study, for good results.
As there will be more competition at university so I have to be more preventative,
communicative, problem-solving. And for that I will use my previous experiences. I have to be
very flexible, I don't have stage fear so it will be beneficial for me to give effective presentation,
I have the dancing and creative craft skills which will help me to compete in cultural activities of
university. I am flexible related to the study environment, this quality of mine help me in the
online study due to the pandemic situation of Covid-19 where we have to manage the social

distancing. My biggest weakness is time management problem, (Smith, S., Caddell, M. 2020)
my writing and analysing skills is very slow which I am facing from the begging of my
academics life. So I need to work on it and for that I will do more writing and learning task by
scheduling the specific time for individual task which helps me in the improvement of timing
management as well as in the compete understanding of courses.
CONCLUSION
By completing this reflection task it conclude that the learning and skill development
process is endless. Development of skills and personality never get end it need to be continue, for
the achievement of success in life, it conclude that communication skills are primary step and the
building blokes for the development of other professional and personal skills. Than the
leadership skills is other very important skill for the successful life which is combination of
multiple quality's and skills. All these skills combinationally help in the management of personal,
educational, and professional life, it is clear that the skills development is a life long process.
