INTRODUCTION
Success is main key when preparing for university and skills in order to enhance
my core strength and determine weakness to overcome challenges in effective manner
(Supena, Darmuki and Hariyadi, 2021). In the report I tell about how I developed myself
as a learner and provide justified example that driven out from my experience in the
particular module. Also, determine about my approach that pursue by me in accordance
to overcome obstacles and get out from it and also reflects my expectations from this
module to achieve success and enhance my knowledge for development.

Determine how I developed as learner and driven examples from my experience
In the module I have developed my interpersonal skills as learner as this
provides me good experience for my development. The knowledge is enhance because
of this better understanding take place as learner (Gardee and Brodie, 2021). I learn a
lot from this such as my grammar skills improved and emphasize my innovative skills
that determines about me that by implementing creative ideas and actions helps in
whenever need is required. By this I learned things that helps me to develop my
experience in respective manner. As this developed by experience in order to how
perform work in definite manner to achieve success and desires in effective manner. In
my views knowledge is helps to implements and applies in situation when needed in
order to attain success and achievements. In regards to that everyone has its own skills
and creativeness that helps them to grow and work in desired manner. To boost
productivity of myself and work in manner to improvise my skills and innovativeness.
Through this I developed as a learner by experiencing different things for work in way
and determine that what is needed and how can I enhance my knowledge and improve
grammar skills that is essentials when working in any job and for achieve desires that is
of my to grow and become educative person and achieve my desired goals effectively.
This helps me in development procedure such as developed my knowledge, creativity
and skills in corrective measure. By emphasizing this I gain my knowledge and through
applying this skills in distinctive way boost my morale and arise development of me as
growing learner. Also, acknowledge contribution as a literature and think that I apply in

organization and in other area by facilitating this expands my capability and improve my

determined that when developed as learner improves knowledge and skills develops as

that it plays key role in lives as this helps to reach at my desires and for driving positive

work in positive manner. In order to do so, I signifies approaches by taking corrective
measures such as making effective communication with others through this enhance
interpersonal skills. By approaching helps me to overcome all my challenges in
respective manner as this improvise my knowledge and skills in efficient manner. Also
driven my expectation as I want to accomplish all my desires and want in order to
develop me as persona and attain success in life (Hansen, Sivesind and Thostrup,
2021). My expectation is to fulfill my goals and objectives to work in big industry and be
financial stable by determining success in positive manner. To boost my performance
and implies my skills in right place and time in order to achieve success and earns
rewards. This approaches help me to overcome future obstacle and derive my
expectation in productive manner. Also derives sustainable growth in my life and
achieves success in respective manner. In accordance to that I approach by making
better relationship with other and respect each other emotions through this better
understanding is take place and help each other in different circumstances in
prospective manner. I learned a lot things as learner and through this I determines
approaches to overcome future challenges that derive as a barrier such challenges are
decrease my efficiency, growth and lack of communication emphasize in order to not
arise of this challenges by implying corrective helps myself to overcome challenges and
work according to expectation that is to grow in my field as learner and achieves

success in academic course through learning that expands my knowledge and gains my
capability as learner. Through this I developed my knowledge and by improvising
approaches helps me to determine strength and work in productive manner. I overcome
future challenges in respective manner by approaching and by deriving expectation in
positive manner. In my academic course, my expectation is to achieve goals and target
by implying knowledge and innovative skills (Mann and et.al, 2021). It helps me to make
effective communication and other, by interacting with others enhance my knowledge as
I get ideas and viewpoint that helps in my work. At the end, I driven out conclusion as
learner I developed and approaches help future challenges to get out in productive way.
