INTRODUCTION
With the help of module of introduction to business studies the most important
thing is the getting immense and high knowledge relating to the personal and
professional development. This is essential for a student to develop as this will assist
the student in learning effective skills and try to develop themselves.
MAIN BODY
During the module of introduction to business studies module, the learning was
very important as this was assistive in developing themselves in a good student (Fulton,
2019). This is important for the purpose of personal and professional development.
Hence, with the help of this module there were many of the different types of skills
which were enhanced in me. The development of me as a good learner during the
module as this was assistive in learning in effective and efficient manner. The major
learning from this module was of the communication skill. This is particularly because of
the reason that for studying the module the most essential thing was the effective
communication. It is because of the reason that when the communication is effective
then only I will be able to learn new and advance things. Earlier my communication skill
was not effective but with help of the module the communication skill in me developed
to a great extent.
Further with the help of this module I felt that the team working skill in me also
enhanced as I worked in a team during the module. This is particularly because of the
reason that when a person works in a team then automatically the team working skill
and ability increases. Thus, when I was studying the module then for a project I worked
in a team and this helped me in learning the ethics and skills required at time of working
in a team. In addition to this, with help of the team working skill the coordination skill
also improved and this is particularly because of the reason that if I am working in a
team and I am not having effective coordination skill then this will hamper my working.
Thus, with help of effective team work I also learnt that the coordination is also an
important skill which I learnt during the module (Kweldju, 2017).
For instance, earlier I was very hesitant to communicate with other people. But
with the help of this module I am in a position to communicate with any person whether

known or not. This is assistive only because of the reason that when I was given the
opportunity of working in the team at that time I started to develop the habit of
communicating in effective and efficient manner.
Further with the help of the evaluation of the skills and individual performance of
me, I was able to evaluate that the communication skill of me are good. But on the other
side I need to develop the leadership skills to a great extent (Baker and Robinson,
2016). The major reason for this is that when I am working in a team then at some point
of time I need to inculcate effective leadership skill. Thus, for the effective working and
developing a good learner I need to develop leadership style. Further with the
evaluation of behaviour and experience I learnt that there is also a need of developing
problem solving skill. This is pertaining to the fact that when we work in a team then
there are many different types of problem being faced by the team members. Hence, it
is not possible for the team members to go to the team leader for every problem. Thus,
if I will have effective problem solving skill then this will assist me in solving the problem
of others. This in turn will increase my value in the team as I am also capable of solving
problems of others.
Further in the end it can be concluded that during the module there will be many
different challenges in the future learning. But all these challenges need to be faced in
effective manner so that I can develop as a learner in effective manner (Markkanen and
et.al, 2020). The major challenge which I would be facing is the high competition. This is
a challenge as there are many different types of people and student in the module
learning and because of this competition is very high. Thus, for this the most important
thing is the continuous learning. This is particularly because of the reason that when I
will be learning continuously then I will be having more knowledge relating to the
changes taking place in the environment. Thus, this will provide me a competitive
advantage and I will be able to secure a good position during module. Further with this
analysis it was clear that the use of inquiry based learning is very important. this is
particularly because if i will learn anything without inquiry then it might be possible that i
learn something wrong. Thus, this will degrade my knowledge and i will lose my
importance during the module on introduction to business studies.

For meeting the various challenges, the most important thing for me is to be
attentive and to focus on self development. This is particularly because of the reason
that in the business or academic environment there are many different changes which
can occur at any time. Further if self- development will not be there then this will have a
great impact over personal development. Thus, for this the most important thing for me
is to be attentive and alert as if any of the changes take place in the environment then it
can be adapted by me as well. Thus, if I will be working in effective and attentive
manner then I will be able to develop and face the challenges in effective manner.
Further I also have to focus on improving my leadership skill and for this the most
important thing is to try to motivate other people and try to resolve conflict of people
(Sekarwinahyu and et.al, 2019). This is the most important skill to be an effective leader
and if I will gain these two then this will be assistive for me in overcoming any challenge.
In addition to this another major skill which I need to work upon is the time management
skill. This is particularly because of the reason that if I will be working on time then this
will assist me in securing a good position in the team. The major reason for this is that in
a team there are many people doing the same work. Thus, for having a competitive
positon in a team the most important thing is developing time management.
CONCLUSION
In the end it is concluded that when during the module learning the most
important thing is to be an effective learner. This is particularly because of the reason
that when the person learns at initial level then they have more chances of doing good
in the academic and professional life.
