INTRODUCTION
Learning is the continuous programme which allow the scholar to accomplish the success in their
career path. Basically learning includes the development process of skills and knowledge
( Wijayati, Sumarni and Supanti, 2019). The present reflective report is based on the learning and
development. The report will reflect what and how the individual person develops the learning
skills effectively furthermore report will highlight the future challenges and expectation.
MAIN BODY
Development as learner
Learning is the continuous process of adopting and acquiring the knowledge and the skills in
effective as well as efficient manner. Basically the learning process bring the effectiveness of
completing the task in effective as well as efficient manner. In context to that I considered myself
as the learner as I am involved in improving process to perform better in the forthcoming time.
There are many skills due to which I can elaborate my personality. The skills due to which I
think that I am, a learner and focusing on learning programme. For instances, I communicate
with the various people in order deliver and acquire the information in appropriate manner. With
the assistance of the communication I continuously increase my knowledge and skills. With the
communication skill I empowered myself and get socialized with the numbers of the people.
Along with that I continuously interact with them which allow me to learn how the individual
person take action, develop understand and use their knowledge effectively (Araiza-Alba, and
et.al 2021).
While I was formulating the plans of action for completing my assignment I faced various issues
in completion. At that time, I acknowledge that I need to improve my problem solving skills, so I
can deliver the best solution in the forthcoming time. After the module of learning, I personally
evaluated that I am more confident and contentiously developing my skills and making progress
in the personal as well as professional life. With the assistance of these skills I boost my
confidence to perform better in the career path.
Critical thinking skill is the one which is developing my knowledge and allow me to bring the
innovation and unique in my work. The crucial thinking is the skills which continuously teach
the scholar about the new issues problems or the situation in order to mould them in an
appropriate manner. As per this skill I recall my strength and weakness and motivate me to bring
the changes. In the university I contentiously focus on my critical thinking skills while

help of primary and secondary sources of information that also increase my knowledge and
ability to evaluate different topics ( Béres, and et.al 2019).
Furthermore, critical thinking provides values and the standard for the holistic and personal
development. Basically the learner is the one who acknowledge themselves with different tool
and techniques I order to improve their personality. All this skill develops desired to learn and
obtain different personality which bring the professionalism.
Self-controlling is also helpful for me and allow me to improve and mange my behaviour in
formal as well as informal life. Due to the self-controlled skills I control my negativity and
aggressiveness in order to accomplish my goal in adequate manner ( Krishnan, and et.al 2019).
During the group activity held in the university I controlled my emotion that is making me strong
day by day. Apart from that I adopt the positive actions and complete the task in positive manner.
Furthermore, it boosts my capability to perform better. Therefore, I realized that I need to learn
and acknowledge the skills for the further development
Approaching future challenges
My semesters were quite good I spend amazing time in the university. Along with that the
experience was exciting for me as I developed my personality and a path for the better career.
But at some point I have to deal with the various challenges which supposed to be the part of
every individual’s life. In context to that I face the biggest challenges of my life which is change
in the work environment. At that time, I keep interacting with the new people with the different
mind-set and different style to perform the task. Along with that I have to introduce myself with
the different people and professor several times. Moreover, acquire the roles and responsibility
which is challenging for me as I suppose to complete on time. From that semester I obtain that
for completing the task it is important to manage the work on time ( Liu 2020). In order to that I
need to complete all the assignments together in efficient time. along with that I expect that in
the university each one is helping for me. But most of the people are not willing to interact with
the other they secular themselves in their own groups. I expected that the climate is quite positive
and inspirational for me where people coordinate and cooperate with each other. Along with that
I was expecting that I will not able to develop the relationship with the members of the
organization. After experiencing the course in the university I am able to develop better
