INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are easily transferable so that one person can perform job and
operations in effective manner (Bennett-Levy, 2019). These skills assist in achievement of goals
and targets so that they can grow in their respective field. The experience can be shared with the
help of Gibb's model of reflection which evaluate the journey of learning in proper manner.
Every job requires employability skills so that employees can assist each other in operations.
MAIN BODY
Gibb's reflective model
This model was established in 1988 by Graham Gibb's. This model indicates the
reflection of experiences and includes various stages. Each and every stage analyse the learning
experience in effective manners so that individual can understand various factors which affect
their learning. It involves six stages which are mentioned below:
Description: The first stage of this model includes description of the overall experience
in detail. I was pursuing my master’s degree in college which involves various assignments and
group projects on regular basis. Teacher have assigned us group project which involves large
number of students who have to perform activities in order to complete project (Dunn and
Doolittle, 2020). This project involves various research and findings so that all the students can
fulfil the criteria. There are various negative and positive elements in this project which can
affect the learning experience. In order to complete the project in best possible manner, I have
divided every task among different members of group according to their expertise area. I have
formulated schedules which should be followed by all the members of group so that we can
maintain uniformity in tasks. Some of the students do not contribute their efforts in the
completion of project due to personal reasons which results in challenges and issues in
completion of project. I did not expect such changes in the planning but due to some the reasons
it become difficult for us to complete the project prior to the deadline.
Feelings: In the initial stages of project, I have analysed that there are lot of activities
which we have not undertaken. After the evaluation of problems, I have assigned tasks to
respective members which results in completion of project. I feel happy because I have
distributed assignment among students which results beneficial for all over the group. At the

time, when some of the students so not contribute their efforts, it evolves feeling of
disappointment (Jansen and et.al., 2021). After providing motivation to those students, they have
completed task in effective manner. Completion of task according to the requirements gives me
feeling of satisfaction which is very positive factor of the project.
Evaluation: It is evaluated that the project was accomplished in desired manner with the
involvement of different members. We have collectively achieved targets completing the project
prior to the deadline (von Suchodoletz and et.al., 2018). Even though some students delayed
operations but we have managed to complete task in appropriate manner. Every member
contributes efforts in ethical manners so that they can learn new things with the help of project.
The research and findings also proved very beneficial for all the members. I used my
communication skills and team management skills in order to influence the members of group in
required manner.
Analysis: The division of project takes place according to the knowledge and strengths of
each and every member of group. It results in satisfaction of needs and wants of all the members
which directly affect their productivity (Mashizume and et.al., 2020). Some of the topics were
really very tough for me to understand but collectively we have managed to accomplish the task.
I have given some flexibility to the members so that they can effectively coordinate with each
other. Group work results in higher profitability which help in completion of different task in
uniform manner. Critical thinking helped us a lot in solving various problems which help in
proper contribution of efforts. Various mistakes taught us how to improve errors in best possible
manner without any difficulties. It helped in enhancing different skills like problem solving
skills, critical thinking skills and team management skills which will help in growth and
development.
Conclusion: This project helped us in learning various aspects of management which
will assist me in future to getting better opportunities. It is concluded that completion of this
project results in enhancing various skills which can develop over all personality of an individual
(Salte and Rhodes, 2018). It is very essential to identify various skills and strengths so that I can
fulfil the requirements which are required for an individual. Contribution of different efforts
results in achievement of goals and targets. Some of the factors affect the quality of project such
as delay in project but I have used my strengths to overcome those challenges.

Action plan: In future, whenever I will perform operations and projects, I will ensure that every
member should understand the importance of project. I will arrange meetings and sessions which
help in sharing of information and thoughts in effective manner. It is important to take reviews
and suggestions of every member of group so that they can analyse each and every factor in
better manner (von Suchodoletz and et.al., 2018).
