Respected sir,
This is to inform you that due to some unavoidable circumstances, I cannot continue
the course henceforth. I have some personal issues in my home, which are restricting me to
continue this course in future. The financial condition of my home is not so good. Moreover,
I am not getting the financial aid on time, which is making it difficult for me to bear the huge
cost of the course. My father dies three years ago, who was the only earning member of my
family. Moreover, my father was paying the fees of my college.
I have enclosed the death certificate of my father, which has left me and my mother
alone without any financial support. It is true that the life insurance policy of my father was
enough to pay for the mortgage of my home. However, I have to find employment in order to
pay for food, clothing and other things.
I have enclosed the withdrawal form as required by the university with the letter. As my
second semester started only a few week ago, I am still within the time limit in accordance with
