The project for “our language is important is aimed at including the
indigenous language in the university sign board. In this particular work
package, the existing sign boards are revised with additional description
of the message written in indigenous language.

the change in an efficient and accurate manner.
Techniques, Processes For this work package the workers collaborate with the fluent speakers of

and Procedures the indigenous language. Based on the dialect and information obtained
from the fluent speakers, the existing information of the sign boards are
replaced with the indigenous language.

Cost Tolerance The replace of the campus sign and revision of the board writings are
completed within the allocated budget of $150.
Time Tolerance The replace of the campus sign and revision of the board writings are
completed within the allocated time of 5 days.
1.5. Reporting Arrangements
Frequency of reports The reports for completion and planning of this particular work
package are provided in a weekly basis.
Content of checkpoint report The checkpoint report includes the changes and modification made
in the plan for replacing the existing campus signs with the
indigenous language. Further, the report also includes the plan,
schedule, cost allocated, persons responsible for completion of the
campus signs.
1.6. Problem Handling and Escalation
Problems are faced while changing the campus signs to indigenous language. Most of the
indigenous language languages are very less used. Therefore, while translating the sign boards to
indigenous language the team members have faced significant issues. For handing the escalation
and problem, the team members escalate the issue to the team leader. Furthermore, the issue
would be recorded in the risk register for mitigation.
