marketing field. From the above research, it has
been found that the industry of marketing in
United Kingdom is constantly increasing from
the year 2010 to 2019. I am so confident that I
will definitely get the job in the same industry
because of my skills, experience and education.
Along with this, It has been also found that the
marketing executive is the most important part
in each and every company as it6 leads to the
generation of revenue in the organization. It
state that the health of marketing executive will
always be positive.

My family and friends think that I am less social and there is lack of patience in me. This feedback is
matching with the feedback which I receive from my colleagues. When I have to take any decision, I got
too nervous. Along with this, I also get positive feedback as well which state that I am highly confident

SUMMATION OF NUMERICAL DATA:
Self-management- Strength I receive the three respondents as excellent and
fairly good as an overall score. It state that I have

capability of managing the entire work by own.
Team Working - Strength All the three respondent rated me fairly good and
excellent in team working. It means I have
effective skills to work collectively.
Business and Customer Awareness-
Improvement needed
I do not receive good rating in business and
customers awareness from all the three
respondents. Hence, I have to work on these
skills and have to improve it.

Improvement needed
All the respondents state analyze that the my
communication skills are not so good and they
had provided competent ratings. It means I have
to work on my communication and literacy skills.

 I have 2.5 years of experience in the
same filed. Hence, I can perform the

effective manner.
 Because of my working habit, I am not
so social person and I don't like to
attend any social function in the society.

My manger and colleagues have pointed almost the similar points for me as my strength. My strengths are
important for my linked job role as I am a multi tasker and the job role of HR requires me to do many
things at one time like providing training, recruiting the right person, resolving conflicts and many other. I
also have the strength of problem solving where I can resolve the issues of my employees in an efficient
manner.
My weakness lies in my inability to handle pressure as I am also unable to say NO. But my strength helps
in overcoming my weaknesses.
