Introduction
University is an autonomous community of students, is an organization that provide higher
education to the students(Rehman, and Jamil, 2021). A university provide both postgraduation as
well as under graduation degree in various fields like Engineering, Life Science,
Management, Science, Art, Psychology, Modern history, Designing and many more. The
university is a Latin word which means community of teachers and scholars. University is a
place where students can choose its best career opportunity through high qualification degree.
Education from the respectable university opens the way of opportunity of earning. It helps in
modifying the nature of the student by enhancing their career progression. Stakeholders are
individual or an organization who are influenced by the decisions of the company and play a
role of interested party who have an interest in the functioning of a business, is known as
stakeholder. Stakeholders may include Stockholders, employees, customers, suppliers, and
government. In respect to the university, the different stake holders are students, employees,
professors, investors, alumni, chairperson, suppliers, taxpayers, government and non-
government organizations. Every person who is attached to the university with the personal
interest are known as the stakeholders of the university. Student are known as the primary
stakeholders of the university. This report includes, helping the students to increase
knowledge regarding the economic impacts by university such as job creation, cost involved
and opportunity for revenue generations(Yıldırım, Akcan, and Öcal, 2022). The impact from
environmental perspectives such as pollution, opportunity for Sustainable building and design
and impact of construction work and other social impact such as education opportunity and
changes in the demographics of the area are also included in the report.

THE ECONOMIC IMPACT
Job Creation- job is a piece of work or task which is a part time or full-time paid task. Job is
something which gives reward in the form of payment as regards of services performed. It
can be very from person to person like worker, employees, manager and many more. A great
institution requires more staff to handle management and function properly. These play
important role in building local as well national economy by there skilled workforce. Job
creation can impact by increasing the local place human capital through supply of workable
persons as well as producing collage graduates to have high skills and give some contribution
in the market economy(Summers, 2019). The cost can be reduced by spending large number

of contracts, supplies and materials by the institution. Enlightening the obtaining process and
hard discerning about what they obtain, university can attain substantial savings.
Cost involves in the project- every year thousands of students takes the admission in different
universities for the growth of future. From this purpose, all the government and non-
government university have to pay taxes to the government this will automatically create the
development of national economy in a positive way. The student who are studying in the
institution is indirectly contributing to the national economy because education give potential
to each scholar to earn money and contribute for the development of the economy.
Opportunity for revenue generation- when a university establish in any city, then there is a
huge employment generation. A university require teachers, staffs, management team,
workers, labours and many other employees. To get the employment, university hire many
candidates for different post. The main position in the university is the staff and the teachers
and hiring them is not an easy task. Without the staff and other employees, the university
cannot run and it also can not generate the revenue. The revenue generation play an important
role in boosting the economy of the country(Costa, et.al., 2020).
The university generate revenue through different commercial services, professional training,
conferencing and events, non-term accommodation rental, rental of meeting rooms and
facilities, sports, camps and activities. University uses natural resources that helps in
implementing the sustainable level of revenue.
THE IMPACT FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL PERSPECTIVES
The impact on the city’s carbon footprint and sustainability
The carbon footprint is a phenomenon which impact the environment by emission of
greenhouse gases from the production. For attaining environmental sustainability, the main
tasks faced by the institution is the impression of carbon emissions from anthropogenic action
on climate changes. The carbon footprint act as a pointer of environmental sustainability. The
continues research has been done to measure the environmental performance of a product,
individual, company, university or institutions by using Life cycle assessment. The world
phenomena that impact the environment is the change in climate. Due to which sea level
rises. For example- vehicle is used by almost all the students in the university due to which
the level of pollution will increase which create the direct impact on the health of the people
due to rise in the greenhouse gasses.

Opportunities for sustainable building and design-when a university is built it has to face
many problems regarding the raw material, and resources. To make a green building of
university, the elements to undertake are materials, energy, water and health. The university
design its blueprint A sustainable building, or green building is an product of a strategy which
efforts on collective the productivity of resource use — energy, water, and materials — while
reducing university impacts on human health and the environment during the building's
lifecycle, through improved location, design, structure, operation, conservation, and removal.
Though green building is understood in many dissimilar ways, a mutual view is that they
must be designed and worked to decrease the complete bearing of the built environment on
human health and the natural environment by Competently using energy, water, and other
resources, Defensive occupant fitness and enlightening employee productivity, and Falling
waste, pollution and environmental degradation(Beanlands, et.al., 2021).
Green Building Materials and Finishes. By making it a priority to purchase steel, lumber,
concrete, and finishing materials, such as carpet and furnishings, from companies that use
environmentally responsible manufacturing techniques or recycled materials, architects up
the ante on sustainability.
Native Landscaping. Landscaping choices can make a big impact in civic building water
consumption. By using trees, plants, and grasses that are native to the area, architects can
greatly reduce irrigation needs. Landscaping can also be used as part of a passive energy
strategy. By planting trees that shade the roof and windows during the hottest time of the day,
solar heat gain inside the building can be reduced.
Storm water Management. When rain falls on an untouched site, the water that doesn’t
evaporate absorbs back into the ground, replenishing the natural water table. However, when
a building is placed on the site, along with parking lots, side walks, access roads, and other
hard spacing, rainfall behaves differently(Ledbetter et.al., 2018). The water runs off these
surfaces and into storm drains. By implementing stormer management strategies, such as
previous pavement that helps to reduce run off and retention ponds that capture run ff and
slowly release water back into the ground, the negative environmental impact of buildings
can be reduced.
The environmental impact of any construction work that needs to be done:- Study
speaks it all from the last ten years industries are changing their way towards the better
environment but everything need time so it may take few more time for the complete changes

toward the environment. Industries are approching towards environment concern like green
building which is supportive by the goverment and green building is in the trend now a days
and this process is funded by the goverment also. Many companies decided to go through the
sustainability techniques like use of solar system, durable materials which help the industries
in reducing their wastage and also energy rsources also. Industries should minimise their
carbon footprint which is not necessary to involve in the large investment.
The impacts from a social perspective
Changes to the demographics of the area:-If a new university is constructed that will
engage the demographic area and bring the new changes in the environmental area,
contruction provide the employment thats the main element and in the area where university
is constructed it provide or open the new door for the startups also where new ideas built like
renting the house for the university strudents, there will be hotel facility and different stores
which directly links with natural human resources(Rusitoru, . and Vorbeck 2020). Changes in the
area can be seen effectively because thats help in development of the area. This process also
helps the local people who is living there they can utlise the natural resouces and they got a
new op[portunity to start a new thing for the self development and better standard of living
which also promote or lead them to utlise the resources which is provided to them in the
effective and efficient manner. There will be the education system which they get more easily
and throughout all this the main factor look after the health facilirty so it plays an main
element role here and this can be consider as the main changes peoples of area can utilise the
facility of hospitalisation infact of travelling far from the home. In short there will be so
many change through this and which provide new oppoetunities to people new resources to
utilise them get the facilties of hospital and etc(Bettens, et.al., 2018). Provide employment open
door for the new ideas and business near the university area.
Increased education opportunities:- University provide the education, the door is open for
everyone who want to get facility of good educaqtion, university helps the area in better
development but as well play its element role in education field new university can help the
youth generation with more seats to get admission and come the different cources and student
can apply whith their suitable choices in they to get education. Uyniversity also proote the
bright students who is good in studies and provide them the scholarship for the further
studies. Not vonly education but provide many facilites like games at different levels and
promote their students. University is built so that everyone can get admission easily and
every individual who took admission get proper eduction of area of specification for the well-

structured future of every individual. Main element which stand an public prospective is that
everyone look for the nearby facilities and they have facility to get eduction from its near by
place it is well and good for them. These factors plays an central role which create the
modern society keep balance of education system complete the scarcity of hogh education
opportumities for the students. The role role is provide education opportunities and all these
factors differentiate educatuion process from the many other social goods.(Eberle, and Milan,
2020)
Recommendation
Increase courses:- The university should introduce new courses to attracts new student from
the country as well as from other countries also. University should provide new opportunities
to students for choosing best courses according to their interest. In every field number of
courses should present so the students can have unlimited option while deciding which course
should choose.
Sustainability of resources:- University should utilize resources in order to better utilization
of resources. Resources should utilize in way to protect environment from various chemicals
in it. They should follow all the environmental act. When construction of the university is
going on they should keep in mind that environment will not harm anyhow. They should
make resources sustainable. Better sustainability increases productivity.
Excellent infrastructure:- Best infrastructure can attracts new students. They get attach by
seeing world class infrastructure. Students wants that they should enjoys excellent
infrastructure in their university in exchange of the fees. High class infrastructure make
university different fro other and students will attracts to the university. It is the priority for
students.
Virtual study:- University should adopt new technologies in study. Students enjoys modern
way to learning. Virtual study is the best option to attract new students. When there is a
situation like covid 19 in this situation students will be able to study in a way like classroom
study. University should introduced this plan to their list. Which chance the nature of
education or can say that directly shift to the modern technology education and provide the
best education system.
Convenient location:- University should choose best and convenient location for easy
accessibility for the students. Admission will increase if they make their university at a place
where everyone can reach without any problem. Location impacts on number of admissions.
In fact university help in develops the environment which is surrounded near the university

area and all open the new opportunities which is located near the university and also provide
the employment to the people and open the door for the new factor which is directly
connected with natural resources and also helps in developing the standard of living
Hire best faculties:- If high class faculties will teach in the university students will able to
learn things with best and experienced faculties. University is the platform where best
qualification staff is hired with lot of academic knowledge with placed as important factors
for the students which leads towards the high education system and all come with different
courses
Hygiene:- University should give hygienic atmosphere to their students. Cleanliness is
important in college campus. Clean college environment sets a good example for the
students. Eco friendly environment.
Promote physical health:- University should promote physical activities such as, cultural
programs, sports, dance competitions and medical facilities university is can perform multi
tasks at a time can provide education as well as the health facility like hospitality

from the above report it has been cocluded that university help in developing the
demographic area and development of better society which also provie the employment in
different ways to people who are surrounded in the area of the university(Gilmanshina, et.al.,
2021). Where university covers the gap of high level education and provide new facilities to
the students and come the different cources so that everyone can be educated and also
promote the bright students provide them scholor ship. University importance is maintain the
balance of eduction system. There will be changes in demographical area and provide the
new opportunites to people who is surrounded in the environment. It is process who open the
doors for the statup process. In this following report it has been concluded that industrial area
were approaching toward the green environment but that takes time but as comparted to the
last 10 year there is huge progession toward the environment.
