not able to provide effective care to the patients. The one the main
aim of the NHS is to hire suitable workforce so that they are able to
provide them quality care.

patients so that that are bale to have good well- being. In this NHS is
taking initiatives steps as to have improved the health and well-being of
patients, communities and its staff through professionalism, innovation

hiring the skilled employees they are able to provide quality which will
enhance the brand image of firm.
