To examine the impact of unskilled employee on the services of
health and social care. A case study on NHS.

INTRODUCTION
 Health and social care plays important role in order to provide will
being to eh individuals. The main aim of NHS is to improvised the
health and well-being of patients, communities and its staff through
professionalism, innovation and excellence in care. The one of the
core function of NHS is to enhanced its value. This is the
organisation which is distributing its services in health and service
sector (Blackwell, Lucas and Clarke, 2014). The major issue in
relation to this firm is that there are unskilled employees who are
not able to provide effective care to the patients. The one the main
aim of the NHS is to hire suitable workforce so that they are able to
provide them quality care.

Research project description
 The one of the main aim of NHS is to provide the quality care to the
patients so that that are bale to have good well- being. In this NHS is
taking initiatives steps as to have improved the health and well-being of
patients, communities and its staff through professionalism, innovation
and excellence in care. The one of the core function of NHS is to
enhanced its value. By hiring the skilled labour workforce they are able
to enhance the profitability of enterprise.

AIM & OBJECTIVES
Aim
To examine the impact of unskilled employee on the services of health and
social care. A case study on NHS.
Objectives
To evaluate the services that are delivered by the NHS to its patients.
To understand the negative impact of patients sue to issues as unskilled labour
workforce.
To determine the changes taken by NHS to provide quality care to patients.
To provide the suitable ways in order to hire suitable workforce to enterprise.

Review of key references.
 According to the view of Abel-Smith and Titmuss, (2016) states that
health and social care play important role in order to provide quality care
to the patients. In this manner they need to hire the skilled employee
workforce. In contrary to Abel-Smith and Titmuss, (2016) states that by
hiring the skilled employees they are able to provide quality which will
enhance the brand image of firm.

Researcher methodologies
The one of the major issue in relation to NHS is to hire the skill employee so
that quality care to the patients. Under this following things as are-
Literature review- Under this problem of research is need to be concluded,
the finding of journals, book and journal.
Research methodologies- under this effective research technique is need to
be used so that proper planning of activities can be done in efficient
manner (Blackwell, Lucas and Clarke, 2014). This will help to gather the
data so that effective conclusion can be drawn.
