cultural, economic and environment (Schwartz, 2017). The corporate sustainability approach
build organizations that foster longevity by responsible to stakeholders and the environment (Vo,
Delchet-Cochet, and Akeb, 2015). This enables an organization to establish a good public image.
The following corporate sustainability report outlines the Unos Development corporate growth
strategies and corporate social responsibility with the new Perth Skies Development project. The
report will also recommend on the strategies to enhance sustainability. The report will focus on
water and energy efficiency strategies for the company sustainability.
Unos property Development (UPD) is property developing company based in Perth. The
Company specializes in developing commercial and residential properties. The UPD has been in
the industry for more than 35 years. In the recent years, the company has realized that it not
keeping with the development in sustainability practices in the building industry that has
negatively impacted on the company’s reputation. The UPD has launched low-rise, high-density
housing project in an effort to improve it corporate social responsibility (CSR). The projected is
named Perth Skies Development and is aims to provide affordable and energy efficient housing
that promote sustainable living.

promote good relationship among organization stakeholders. This include corporate growth

energy in heating and cooling. The company can reduce this usage by using gas heaters, solar air
heaters, heat shifters and efficient reserve cycle air (Berry et al., 2014).
Use of integrated approach to conserve water: The UPD should adopt an integrated approach
when designing and operating water-based technologies and systems. This will save water by
instituting an ongoing monitoring of water usage from households.
