Introduction
The notable determination of the paper is to highlight the bridging theory and practice
regarding the creation of an uninterrupted power supply framework in As-Sabuur Nigeria
Limited. The application of the different project management theory while creating the
framework will be discussed in this paper in a detailed manner. The daily activities of the project
will be considered in this paper as well (Lu et al., 2018). The description of the tasks achieved
per day will be also examined and analyzed in the paper along with that explanation of the
outcome and its relation with the project will be also discussed in the paper as well (Sindhuja &
Vasanth, 2015). The paper will also present a reflection part which will be focusing on the
lessons learned from this assignment.

Outcome
The above tabular diagram is very much important to understand the time taken for each
of the activities of this project (Ryu et al., 2018). The achievement of each of the activities are
dependent on each other thus it can be said that the overall completion of the project will depend
entirely on the completion of each of the phases.
Each of the activities of the project helps in understanding that the rate of achieving per
day for each of the activities are dependent on the numerous parameters such as the availability
of the resources (Keiel et al., 2017). The closure phase of each of the activities must be
completed within the time scheduled in order to minimize the extra overhear cost associated with
the creation of this UPS framework.

Relation to the project
The creation of the UPS framework for As-Sabuur Nigeria Limited Explanation is based
on different project management phases such as the Initiation Phase, Planning phase, execution
phase and closure phases these phases of the project are maintained for each of the activities of
this project as stated in the above tables (Shi et al., 2017). Successful completion of each of the
activities in this project depended on the following of the different phases of the project.
Explanation
The creation of this framework for As-Sabuur Nigeria Limited had four milestones, and
project management methodology were selected in each of the phases of this project. Like every
other complex project this project also has serious limitations such as the scope, cost
management and quality management (Hou et al., 2018). These limitations are very much
important to be considered during this project as there are lots of stakeholders involved in this
project in terms of the service providers and the project managers. The project has to be
completed with 8 weeks thus the efficiency and productivity of all the associated stakeholders
are important to deal with the uncertainties of the project. The role of the stakeholders is very
much important regarding the completion of each of the milestones of this project (Alanazi et al.,
2016). The needs and requirements of the consumers of this organization has to be given the
primary importance in each phase of the project so that the quality of service offered by the new
UPS framework is not compromised under any circumstances.
Reflection
According to me, the prime concerns of this project are the cost management of the
project, time management of the project and the scope management of the project. I believe that

the availability of the resources required in this project such as the laborers and the logistics is
also a concern and the project scheduling technique can be very much important to understand
the role of each of the stakeholders involved in this project. I believe that each of the milestones
of this project must be completed on the time so that there is no delay in providing the product
which the consumers are looking for, in this organization.
Conclusion
The paper helps in understanding the importance of each of the phases of project
management such as the initiation phase, planning, execution and closure phase. The importance
of project scheduling regarding the successful completion of the project on time can be also
concluded from the paper as well. The paper help in understanding progress from the point of
view of the daily activities for each of the stakeholders so that the efficiency and productivity of
the framework is achieved for the consumers of As-Sabuur Nigeria Limited.
