For the efficient and smoother working of any organisation, it’s necessary to have a good
administration and management. Human resource plays an important part in any company to
come up with strategies, and effective approaches. (Mendenhall, 2012). It helps in mainlining
and managing people so that it can enhance the competency and capabilities of its employee. For
a company employee act as the biggest asset and to have best of them, it’s necessary to have
proper recruitment and selection process (Bush and Middlewood, 2013). The report provides the
information on recruiting and selection process of The United Parcel Service company, which is
one of the largest parcel company in UK, currently going through administrative problem. In
addition to it, the report in detail study about motivation, leadership and assessment as essential
part of corporation and how it is used in time of crisis.

energy. Above all a leader must have quality to remain calm in stressful condition, someone who
