peace. It is the platform which provide the opportunities to carry out fun activities which
facilitate enjoyment to the society. They are properly maintained and developed by the
government authority. The public can use such parks for the purpose of playgrounds, running,
sports fields, enjoying the picnic and for the purpose of many other activities. The enhancement
in the industrialisation leads to demolishes the natural habitation from the environment. There is
the increment in the number of buildings which resulted in the restriction to use natural
environment which resulted in the unhealthy and poor quality of lifestyle of the individuals who
are residing their (Akdağ, 2017).
To eliminate these consequences the government has developed the urban parks so that
they can maintain the surrounding and also helped in connecting the people with natural habitat.
There are many benefits which are associated with the formation of city parks and resulted in
increase in social interaction with the individuals. The development of city parks leads to the
development of the people who are residing their and uses the park so that they can be physically
and mentally fit. The authority has to analysis the need of the green space so that they can
construct it according to the needs of the society (Beanlands and et. al., 2020). The government
has to develop such a plan so that they can analysis the conditions of the environment and also to
develop the structure of funds and the cost of amount which is required to construct such green
space. This promotes the healthy lifestyles within the local area. The proposed report is based on
determining the impacts of constructing the urban parks on health of general public, environment
and on the economic condition of the nation. This report helps the authority to examine the needs
of the urban parks in the specified areas of United Kingdom (Mehr and et. al., 2017). The main
objective of this report is to determine the Economic Impact of developing the urban parks which
includes the impact on job opportunities, cost of tax payers and additional attraction to the new
enterprises to develop their businesses in that area.

required to be developed in the area or not. To analysis this there are certain impact which are

The good quality of the green space area will be impacted on the lives of the people
living their. This help in attracting the entrepreneurs to invest their new businesses in that area.
This leads to the increase in house prices they are willing to pay premium to live near to green
space as this helps them to access to the purified air to inhale which have an positive impact on
their healths (Bertram and et. al., 2017). This saves the energy also by saving the cost to cool
down the temperature of the buildings because of the trees are their to maintain the temperature
of the surroundings. It is important for the nation to save the water resources so that they can
save it for the future generation. The used water can be further dumped into the plants which
leads to the save of water.
The development of Urban parks leads to enhance the job opportunities as to full fill the
demands of the people who are residing their. The green space can provide job opportunities
during the creation of the parks and in maintaining it also. This leads to the increment in the
growth of the economy as they provides the employment for the workforce. This also attracts the
new enterprises to develop their business in the area of green space or near to it which helps
them to full fill the desires of the customers. This helps in lowering the rate of crimes in the area
and makes the streets safe and secure (Boston and Blocks, 2021). This helps them to invest their
skills and education qualification in starting their business ideas near to the place. This leads to
increase the productivity of their labours as the healthy and clean environment plays an essential
role in keeping them healthy (Nesbitt and et. al., 2019). The environment helps in in keeping
away from stress, reducing their health issues and absenteeism from their work. This helps the
employer to reduce their cost of new recruitments and training costs. When the employees are
hired then their will be increment in their income which resulted to pay the taxes to certain

such parks.

in maintaining the ecological balance in surroundings. The public can use such parks in many
different purposes such as fitness, sports, walking, yoga, meditation and many other which keeps

in increasing the tourism sector which will enhance their economic condition of the country. This

To enhance this the government has to develop the eduction system where the students
need to be taught about the various advantages of the urban parks and how this is helpful in their
lifestyles (Lehti and et. al., 2018). The students must have the reasonable knowledge about the
plant diversity and which plants are playing an important role in saving the environment and in
what manner it will be. The schools must plan such activities related to the parks wherein they
were taught about the plants and trees and their roles and importances in the creating the healthy
environment.

This helps the places to manage their water resources and save water from wastage. This
can be done by hard engineering solution which may require the high amount of investment. This
kind of environment helps in filtering the harmful substances from the environment. It will
contribute in the reduction of air pollution as by reducing the heating of the building and cooling
costs. The health surrounding motivates the people to use cycles instead of using their luxuary

keep the parks neat and clean.

helps them in maintaining their fitness (Lang and Rothenberg, 2017). The public can do walk,
running and other activities which helps them in reducing their weight. The obesity leads to loss
of the individual productivity which resulted in their work. The study says that the organisation
must conduct these kinds of activities which helps them in enhancement of their productivity due
to the better outcome of their workers. This leads to the improvement in the social activities and
helps in increasing the social interaction with the people which resulted in reducing their
loneliness and helps them to remove their stress from life. This helps in reducing their medical

cost as they will live in happy physical and mental environment. The cost of medical savings are
being saved by the individuals. The urban parks must conduct such activities which helps the
individuals to overcome with their problems (Sapra, 2019).

concluded as that the environment plays an important role in every creatures. They are
considered as the lungs of the metropolitan cities. These parks helps in separating from their
heretic working schedules. The development of these parks helps in making the positive
outcomes in relation to the health, economic, environmental of the human life. This increase the
quality of life which are living by the people. The formulation of these parks helps in creating the
social relationships with the other people with the helps of interacting with other people this will
reduce the mental stress and remove the feeling of loneliness. This can be done by sharing their
sorrow and happiness with the other persons. This helps in reducing the environmental and
health issues and helps them in living healthy and happy life.
