urban park mainly refers to municipal, metropolitan, public open area park in UK. These park are
usually handle, maintain and design by the government and local agencies. There are several
elements provided by these parks such as playground, running, hiking, fitness, gardens, courts,
sport fields etc. The ultimate aim of these parks is to provides lots of benefits in nearby parks or
residents (Brandt, 2017). These parks aim towards open space areas that is related with
vegetation and water. These parks are mainly use by the public of UK. It occupies large area of
portion along with pocket park. It combines of large range of different elements and contains lots
of advantages. These parks create positive and healthy effect on the well-being of human. This
will established good mental and physical well-being. The ultimate aim of urban park is strength
social relationship. The greater working environment promote more visitor and tourism in the
country of UK. Enhancement in the activities of tourism will promote and increase the economy
of the country. Because of these urban parks the price of the real estates goes up again this comes
under the benefit of the country. This will also uplift the biodiversity as these parks aim towards
the nurturing the ecosystem for well-being of functions. This uplift the biodiversity and species
to raise ecosystem. Others benefits included such as water management, cooling park and air
quality. Along with benefits urban parks also consists of lots of challenges like construing these
parks leads towards air, land, water pollution (Rasoolimanesh and et.al., 2017). It is very
challenging to maintain budget constraints. This report aims towards the impact of economical,
social, environment perspective in building Urban park. This report also includes
recommendation to maximises benefits and minimize the challenges related with constructing
urban park.

Economic impact on building urban park.
There are several impact of economic factors that local council will face in constructing
urban park. It consist of following components such as-
 Job creation- While building urban park government create huge opportunity of job
creation. This will improve the problem of unemployment in the economy. This will

create various type of jobs such as for long term and short term. This will combines of
multiplier effect on the society. Community can start up an operates it business and shop
near by urban park. The shops may include of hiking, fitness, gardens, courts, sport fields
etc. Along with near by shops community can open its shops in urban park itself.
Spending of someone will leads towards earnings of someone, this will act as a source of
job creation (Gu, and et.al., 2020). The multiplier effect leads towards long term impact
of job creation as this is depend on spending of someone to earn. Spending creates money
in the economy and this will generate the opportunity of start up and opening shops. The
main reason of job creation is the visitors and tourists in the urban park. More tourists
will consume varieties of goods and services that will create the opportunity of job
creation. The enhancement of environment also upgrade the near by places due to urban
park. This facilitates job creation in the near by places of this park.
 Cost to the taxpayer- While constructing the project of urban park the local council has
the requirement of Heavey budget for the construction. This is one of the negative impact
that local council can face while construction of this park. But they have to follow the
balanced approach. The whole burden of budget come under the taxpayer but they can
optimum utilise the balance approach in effective way. The local council can charge
additional tax on the consumer of goods and services. This can be managed by balance
approach by generating more employment opportunity (Rigolon, 2020). This can reduce
the burden of local council and they can easily manage the impact of tax. The heavy tax
regime overburden the taxpayer but local council have to imposed theses charges to
manage its budget constraints. The taxpayers also generate source of income by several
job creations. This will benefit for both taxpayer and local council in building urban park.
 Attraction of new businesses- The establishment of Urban park generate lost of
employment opportunity. The several facilities such as playground, running, hiking,
fitness, gardens, courts, sport fields etc. attract more visitors and tourist. This will leads
towards attraction of new business in the economy and community. The new
businessman have lots of potential target and market by which they can generate more

the community. The environment impact affect the sustainability of the urban park. The
construction itself generate the pollution level. This impact also need to be rectify by usage of
environmental friendly usage (Wise, 2017). By increase in the shops and business lots of water,
land and noise affect the ecosystem of the community. By uplifting the level of eduction and
biodiversity they can easily manage the suitability of this project. This is one of the negative and
challenging impact that has to be manage in building the project. To maintain sustainability in

business programmes. This will uplift the overall development of the society. Local council have
to ensure that they do not affect or influence religion and culture of community. The

and country as well.

By implementing these recommendation local council can reduces the effect of social,
economic and environmental forces (Zhao, 2017). The recommendation maximise the benefits
and minimise the challenges while building urban park.
 The local council can maximise the benefit by creating more and attractive opportunity of
job creation. By this they can improve the standard of living and income generation of the
economy. The attraction of new business will uplift more flow of money in the economy
by the help of this it will enhance purchasing power of the community. They must raise
community and social development by the involvement of regional and social culture of
the community. They must implement cultural and religion activity and programs that
grab the attention of visitors and tourist. The maximum attention of tourist and visitors
will generate more opportunity of expanding business and new start up. Local council can
also maximise its benefits by increasing income of the community. The purchasing power
of the community can only possible by the increasing in the business activity and the
tourist activity. The local council must execute education programs so that it will boost
the tourism activity as well as knowledge of the community.
The local council have to face lots of challenges while building urban park like pollution and
sustainability. The increase number of companies and visitors create lots of land, water, air

pollution in the environment of urban park. This can be minimise by introducing eco friendly
material in the construction of this park. They must implement some strict rules and laws to
reduce waste of the company near by the urban park. They must create awareness regarding less
