appropriate and efficient manner.

INTRODUCTION
An urban park is also known as the community open space or Public playing field in
cities and other included spaces to offer pastime and green space to inhabitants and guests of the
city people. The maintenance, designing and operations within the park has been generally been
done by government agencies, generally at the local level but sometimes contracted out to park
conservancy. The features that have been included by such kind of parks are playgrounds,
running track, walking track, gardens and many more. All the establishments are completely
dependent upon the budget and natural features of the surroundings. There are various benefits
provided by the urban park such as it enhances the human health and wellbeing of the society
people, it also helps to strengthen the social ties or relations among the citizens, leisure visitors
outside of the home and working environment, helps to promote biodiversity, reduces air
pollutants level and many more (Dong, L., 2018). However, the parks also have to face certain
challenges in order to make them successful in order to mapping green spaces and measuring the
recreational and cultural usage, measuring and monetising environmental benefits, budget
constraints, cost benefit analysis of the park, etc.

benefits generated by the parks are it helps to increase property values surrounding by the park
area, it increases tax revenue, decreases medical costs along with overcome from the challenges
which includes enlarged sightseeing profits, enhanced charisma for communities and thus
decrease hurricane water handling costs. The positive impact of parks in context of social factors
includes human health and their well being with both mediums including direct as well as
indirect manner which helps to overcome from the challenges through pastime and relaxation
activities (Borrion, A., 2018). The last but not the least perspective is the environmental factors
which helps the environment to conserve natural resources which enhances biodiversity and take
advantages in front of challenges in order to affecting urban climate by reducing air temperature
and urban heat which automatically improves air quality as well as noise reduction.

From the above report it has been concluded that the creation of urban park greatly helps the
environment or surroundings in most appropriate and efficient manner. There are various number

of benefits which enhances the production of such kind of projects within the society to provide
benefits to the society people. However, there are certain challenges that have to face by the
assignment but apart from this, it has been finally analysed that making of such kind of parks
will benefit the environment in total manner. The study described the three aspects through
which the environment benefits the climate as well as human life.
