INTRODUCTION
Urban park are also known as the metropolitan park or municipal park which refers to a
public park or public open space or municipal garden. This park is generally consist of
vegetation and and water which is generally reserved for the use of public. They are mostly
larger in size and have shape of smaller pocket parks. Central park are said to the largest urban
park which is there in urban area and have larger in size where many people comes and spent
their time. This parks includes gardens, playgrounds, running and fitness trails, sports fields and
courts etc. There are different benefits of urban park which includes environmental benefits,
economic benefits, social and psychological benefits etc. Due to having high vegetation there is
high level of environmental benefit in which there is production of high level of oxygen along
with better environment to urban area (Vargas and et. al., 2016). This includes the ecological
benefits which is due to high amount of vegetation is there, in economy benefit plants are able to
save the energy able to control the heat and responsible to cold wind flow. There are different
social value like well-being which is very important to get better health of people which is
helpful in getting better health benefits by using this park as by running and different physical
exercise. This also helps in reducing the crime rate which is there by due to having urban park
nearby. There are many of the other benefits there due to having urban park there in society. Aim
of this report is to understand the impact and utilisation of urban park which have different
analysis like economical analysis, environmental analysis, social analysis etc. including their
factors which are there able to effect the community there in urban park.
MAIN BODY
There are different analysis which are there can able to give the description about the urban park
which is there decided to build urban park which could have better impact on the society nearby
and different benefits are there due to its presence. There are different impact of urban park
which are there discussed further.
Economical analysis
Economical analysis refers to study of economic system which is there production
process. In this, there is analysis which is to determine the economic effect within its operating.

In relation to economical analysis there are different impact on different field like job creation,
costs of building, impact of urban park on real estate market, new business and tourism (Li,
2016).
Job creation- There are creation of job on high level which is there can have different
effect on economy of country. Whenever there is any development there is creation of job there
in that area. There is high requirement of job and labour at that area in which there is creation of
any construction whether a urban park or any infrastructure. In context to urban park there is
high job creation like constructing workers, communicators, gardener, urban manager, security
guard, fast food centres, in this, there is high chances of getting job which are there can have
better. There are many of the job creation is there which are able to give high economy and do to
this there are different benefits which are there can have better opportunity in relation to enhance
the economic. More the number of job creation is there more is the benefit in economy which is
due to having better earning. This one is able to help in contribution in economy of country
which is there having better role which is due to impact of job creation during development of
urban park (Park and Ewing, 2019).
Tourism- Due to new construction there is high number of tourism which are there due
to having something new which involves different new ideas and some new technology should
be used which is able to attract high number of tourism there for urban park. There can be high
number of tourism opportunity which can help in raise in economy of that state which is there
can have better impact on the economy. Tourism is totally dependent on the new innovation is
there in construction of urban park. There should be include of different new ides which should
be new or interesting which have the ability to attract high number of costumer. Tourism can
also help in increase the job opportunity which is there nearby business. Tourism have high role
of benefit in the economy of country which is very high in nature and tourism plays better role in
the economy of country (İlhan Demiryol, 2018).
New business- There are different new business are there due to development of urban
park. In this, there are mainly small business which are there nearby park. There are the fast food
business, juice business and many other business which are related directly or indirectly with
urban park. New business are the one which are there till park is there. Means till then people are
coming to park, there are small business there which are able to earn for their daily expenses
along with savings. New business are also beneficial for economy which is there due to having

business there nearby urban park. New business are the one which are there can be nearby who
are selling different products which are generally related with urban park and with the people
who came to that place (Xiao, 2018).
Environmental analysis
It is a strategic tool and having the process which is there to identify all internal and
external elements that can affect the performance of organisation. There are different factors
which can have impact on environmental analysis which includes pollution and sustainability. In
this analysis there is some discussion about pollution which is one of major factor which have
negative impact on environment. Along with this, there is also discussion about the sustainability
which is there due to presence of creating of urban park.
Pollution- in urban are there are large number of reason of pollution which is there due to
running of high number of vehicle, factories etc. which are there emitting large number of
carbon-dioxide and different gases. These different gases are able to pollute the environment
and urban park consist of many vegetation there. There is quality of plants that they release
oxygen gas by observing carbon-dioxide which is there during photosynthesis. Trees along with
vegetation helps in to reduce pollution by removing pollutants along with by reducing air
temperature and also there is creation of energy which is there in park or nearby area (Huang,
2018).
Sustainability- Sustainable park refers to the preserving of natural resources whch
promote quality of life for people who are around it. Urban parks are able to contribute quality of
urban life which is there by offering lots of ways in relation to reduce the environmental impacts
of city. Sustainable park can also be used as recycling centres in which there can be fertilisation
of waste of plants and also can help other to learn the recycling process which can be use. In this
urban park there is need to make sustainable drainage system which can be used to get better
drainage when there is required. In a sustainable park there it can be in such a design where
planting should rely on native or species in relation to reduce the need of intervention of human.
This also helps in to reduce the soil erosion or any disturbance to animals (Jacobs-Wingo and
Sandte, 2016).
Social analysis
This refers to the practice of systematically examining of different social problems which
are there can as an issue. There are some of the social analysis which are there in reality to urban

park. There is discussion about the gentrifications and community development which is
discussed further. There is discussion about the gentrification which have both positive and
negative impact on the society along with this, there is also discussion about the community
development where urban park play a vital role in creating this (Lichfield, 2016).
Gentrification- This refers to process which is there in urban development and there is
increase in the value which can be seen due to having urban park there in city. In this, there can
be seen in the rise of rent and living cost which is there due to gentrification. This have both
positive and negative aspects which are there due to gentrification. In positive aspect there can be
seen in the high living cost is there which means there nearby people will have better quality of
life along with in negative aspect there are problem for the low-income group people. There are
mainly high income families are there and families who have low income there need to move to
affordable neighbourhoods (Fraga, 2016).
Community development- Due to development of urban park there is higher chances of
development of higher community who are there can have better lifestyle. There can be better
communication during spending time in urban park. There is high chances of being social which
is by spending more time there can help people in to being social with each other. This urban
park is having protected public place which are there to improve quality of air, improve water
quality. This also helps in providing place for families and children who are there able to connect
with other children and families and able to create better community. Like this, urban park is
able to make better community nearby area which is beneficial for people (Papadimitriou and et.
al., 2018).
CONCLUSION
From above discussion, it can be concluded that there are many of benefits of having
urban park there in nearby area. This is able to give high benefits which includes high creation of
job opportunities which is there can help in creating better economy of country. There are also
economic benefit through the tourism which have high role in increasing the economy of country
and also attracts high tourism which is due to urban park. Economy can also be boost up which is
by creating of different new small business which are there due to urban park. There is also
benefit in area of environmental which is there highly in pollution and sustainability which are
there have better role due to trees and vegetation there in urban park. There is also some social
analysis which is there in gentrification in which there is displacement due to increasing in the

value of nearby area of urban park. This also leads to high quality of life which includes
community development.
RECOMMENDATIONS
In relation to construction of urban park there in an area there are some of the
recommendation there which can help to get better development of urban park there in area. In
relation to make urban park as a better opportunity there is need to involve some
recommendation which can help in to increase the value of urban park in society.
 It is recommended that there is need to increase plants and vegetation which are there
near the lakes, sitting areas, roadside places which are there can help in to make high use
of park along with it increases beauty of park which is by using of different flower plants
near boundary which makes use of boundary side area in use and creates beauty. This can
help to attract visitors and local citizens who are living nearby.
 There is need to provide many entry which can help people to access to urban park easily
and without walking more besides boundary to reach the entry gate. This can help to
access of many visitors to came and enjoy that place which is there can increase the
popularity and helps in to sales of nearby business which are there due to urban park.
Many entry to access the park can help in to get easily without any crowd which can be
reliable to people. Many entry gate can also help during any activity which are there can
be arranged for any occasion.
 It is recommended that there should be some juice and healthy food item shop be there.
This can help to stay more time there and also creates business. This juice and health
food can help people not to go out for and influence children to have better and healthy
drink as juice.
