As per this report, organisation Premier Inn is British Hotel chain of United Kingdom
hotel brand with more than 72,000 rooms and 800 hotels. It mainly operates a variety in which
including of rooms with likes of Travelogue and Ibis hotel (Brundiers and Wiek., 2017). The
objective to making this report for identifying creation of Urban Park along with its impact in

which arises at the time of establishing Urban park through gets people and atmosphere
perspective:

recommendation for high effective green development to allows to Urban park for long
term. In comparison to conventional the costs of green construction project. For to

affairs which can create high barriers. In perspective of Premier inn hotel, they might to

peoples or guests health in safety manner. The prices of green material are commonly 3-
4% higher to compared with conventional construction to creates better material. The
project manager which need to control the project to undertakes budget.
 Technical difficult during the construction: The process of project plan which helps to
making authorisation for the execution of activities in order to prevails deliverables. The
construction process and techniques which is needed to utilised in green technologies
(Supronowicz and Fryc., 2019). Premier inn management team to used environmental
friendly equipment which tend to generates better solution of outcomes in effective
manner.
 Risk due to different contract form of project delivery: The planning process where
the protection level is determines for success of green design development and
implementation. For Premier inn is needed to invent security system alignment that
assure for safety of environment as well as customer. But due to climatic changes there
is a uncertainty of hazardous situation comes to effect the surroundings.
