Nowadays life is get very busy in which they have no time to give for themselves. They
are not concerned about their health and fitness. This become the main reason that local council
build urban park because day to day increase in urbanisation. It becomes very necessary for
person that they should go in the urban parks. This report shows the impact of urban park on
everyone's life.

INTRODUCTION
Urban Park can be defined as a open space that is full of trees and plants and specially
designed for public use. They offer recreation to the residents, visitors. They urban parks are also
called municipal gardens. The urban parks are located near to the urban residents so that people
can take benefit and use the facility provided by them. As the urban park is build by local council
they will design, and maintain the operations of the park (Yan and Dong, 2018). The common
features that are associated with these urban park are playgrounds, hiking, running and fitness
paths, gardens, sports fields and courts, boat ramps, public restrooms, and picnic facilities. All
these depend on the budget and money spent on the construction of the park. It also depends on
the natural resources available. There are various benefits associated with the urban parks and it
is said that they are more than lungs to a city. As they control the pollution level and provide
greenery to the people. Along with that it is good for the emotional and physical health of nearby
people (Zhang, Moyle, and Jin, 2018). They also provide economic benefit to the country. They
enhance the value of the place. In this report there is discussion related to social, economic and
environmental impact of building new urban park in the locality. It also impacts the tourism of
the place. The major challenge faced by local council is to decide the place that is accessible to
all the people. Also it is important to design that is preferred by all age groups. Budget is another
challenge that is faced by the local council while building the urban park. In this report there is
discussion related to building a urban park and its impact. In the end the project is supported by
recommendations that help to successful build the urban park.

Day to day increasing in urbanisation, it is identified that people will not get proper space
for relaxing and exercising. This will get impact on many aspects such as person's health and
safety. Due to urbanisation nature get lost that means they are continuously destroy due to build
apartments and many more. For that purpose local council will be make urban park in the
society. But it is identified that it will get impacted by many perspectives that should be analysed
so that they can take right decision for location. All important perspective should be identified
and analysed that are mentioned below:

The Health Impacts
It is identified that half of the population is now living in urban areas who needs health
and safety of people. Local council fulfil this need with the help of building urban park.
Impact of green spaces on health: It is the area that allows all people that they come in
the place for getting relax and do exercise in the open area. In urban park, all people get relax
and feel very happy as it is the greenery place. It gives positive impact on health as it promotes
fitness and reducing obesity (Ma and et.al., 2021). In this new era obesity and many more
diseases are rising due to the maximum seating. It can be solved with the help of regular walking
and exercising but it is identified that urbanisation reduce the area. Urban park solve this
problems as it provides open space to the person. It improves air quality that helps in reducing
asthma and many more diseases. It is very important for the person because urban park reduce
heat with the help of greenery.
Impact on green spaces on well being: It also helps in developing a healthy well-being
in a open space. It is identified that all people are get together in the park that create a positive
environment. It improves behaviours of the people as they share their feeling which assist in
reducing stress level. It also give benefits such as mental benefits to the children.

that their life standard get rise so that 's why they focus on earning rather than on fitness. They
has no time that they go for a walk in the park. It is not a easy task for local council that how

events in urban park with some decorations that gives greenery effect on the occasions. It is

functions in parks is people feel that they have small place because of urbanisation. So they
prefer urban parks to invite more and more people. There are many national parks that are found
in the country that generate tourism.
Logistical challenges: It is identified that when event manager organise some functions
or event in the park then they face some logistical challenges such as they incur high cost in
transporting goods at the park. Logistics are very tough to transfer because in park they have no

maintenance of neatness and classiness in the surroundings. Also there should be no
wastage of water. All the resources should be optimally used. People that visit the place
should feel good and the urban park should be hygienic for the visitors.
The park is a place that helps people to be healthy as they visit their for exercise, jogging.
So the park should be designed in such a way that it is useful for people of all age groups.
No matter what the age of person is the individual should get benefit. The park is build
for public so should be designed in such a way it safe for use of all.
As it provides opportunity for various business and also it enhances the value of property
so the location hat is decided for the urban park should be accessible for all. The benefit
of community development will be fulfilled if the urban park is located at place that is
near to urban location. So that people can visit and take benefit.
