with hospitals are faster and clear in order to let the patients transfer to an emergency room
for easy access. However, they have not been found to offer any surgical service. These are
the overall services which are offered by an emergency care facility.
C. Consumer base
A consumer base is defined as a consumer group who repeatedly buys or uses the
service products. Here, the selected service is an urgent care facility. The consumer base of
urgent care facilities includes both the normal population and the health disorder affected
population. Since the consumers are the main source of revenue and the return on investment
(ROI) for an organization, maintaining a consumer base is very necessary for any business
organisation. While the urgent care facilities include all types of medicines and drugs
including all ingredients of a first aid kit, it makes the whole population of a country its
consumer base (Montalbano et al., 2016). Mostly, the urgent care faculties include the cut or
burn patients as their consumer base. This group of the patient population is the highest and
has been increasing every day due to daily accidents. People injured by road accidents are
also the consumer base for urgent care facilities. This is the overall consumer base of an
urgent care facility.
