1. Scope of the Project
The scope of the project is to design a mobile android and IOS application for the
customer of a bank in US. The project goal is to develop a application that would help the
customers of the bank as well as the employees and administration of the bank to have an user
friendly transaction and delivers a service of 24 * 7. The main goal of the project is to increase
their customer retention and establish a competition in the financial sector. The project will
deliver the requirements that will be needed for developing the mobile application. The
assumptions that are taken for documenting this project are also stated in this project. This
project also contains a detailed project schedule for developing the application and all the
milestones that are involved in the developing the application.
The project is aiming to develop an android application for a bank in US. This project

The project acceptance criteria denotes the performance requirement of the project as
well as all the conditions that are required to complete this project successfully (Badewi, 2016).
The acceptance criteria for this application is that the mobile application should be secured as it
will deal with the bank account details of the customer and will have all other personal details of
the customer. The system should have a backup as well as restore testing before successful
completion of the project. The application also go through user acceptance testing before
