the changing domestic and international scenario. Throughout the last ten to fifteen years, the
United States has implemented firm migration control policy intending to make it is economy

more centralized powers, and the powers of the political parties are minimal. For example,
the Communist Party of China governs the People republic of China . For ages, the political
system of China was based on the monarchy. However, the problem with such authoritarian
country is that the aim of such government is similar to the dictatorship as the top priority
remains to keep the control of governing while they work upon to build policies benefiting
their governance and not upon the rights of the enormous mass of people (Chief 2020).
Advantages
The strengths of the U.S rule includes the increasing number in the employment
pattern of the country where the people are getting more jobs, and the rights are protected
under the constitution, and the political parties can not misuse them.

The disadvantage of such a system includes income inequality between the people and
the increasing amount of tax rates in the country.
Immigration Laws in the U.S
The rights of the immigrants are protected under The Immigration and Nationality Act
(INA). This allows the United States to provide nearly 675,000 long-lasting immigrant visas
every year across several visa categories (American Immigration Council 2020). Apart from
that, the INA sets no limitation upon the yearly admission of U.S. citizens' close relative,
