Considering the policy system in the United States, it can be understood that the usual
procedure of policy analysis is the identification of the policy and defining the process while also
identifying. It is after this that the major focus is laid upon the issues that are faced by the
citizens of the country after the policy has been implemented and checking the feasibility of the
policy in technical, political, and economic aspects (Fair et al., 2016). In addition, it is also
critical to gain the support of the citizens of the state and the professionals in the health care
system. Evidences suggest that there have been numerous policies which need to be changed as
per the requirement of the citizens and the required professionals. For the citizens of the states
and the country, it is crucial to acknowledge their needs and implement them in driving a policy
change. For the healthcare professionals, it is ideal to involve them in the policy building process
such that they have a clear area to share their concerns and essential needs which could be
addressed and evaluated for their benefit and further implemented in the legal system of the
country. The healthcare professionals are the crucial employers which have a driving force for
the determination of the finance and the employment relationship such that the outcome of the
implementation of the policy is enhanced (McLaughlin & McLaughlin, 2009). There is a high
need of equity and fairness in providing different healthcare services to the citizens of the
country for the different healthcare segments.
