The government has not only improved health care quality but also regulates the
financing of the system and implements many laws related to health care. In the United States,
there are no universal health programs but the government provided the funds to improve the
safety and quality of health care. It is the responsibility of the federal government to protect the
interest of society by delivering the best services in health care. The quality of health care is not
accessed by the Americans people so the government has to preserve the citizen by regulating
the market and filling the gaps where there are the unfairness and inefficiency. The government
also plays an essential role in monitoring health care quality, developing health technologies and
practices and developing the health care workforce in the U.S. to ensure health quality care.
