Motivational Statement.
I have recently graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration. I am a hard working person who is ready to undertake any duty assigned to me
and complete it within the required time frame. I am a self-driven person and I believe I can
work in any environment that I will be assigned to work in with minimum supervision. I have
acquired these attributes from my college life. I understand that these attributes are important
since without them, I would not have made it to graduate and made the achievements that I have.
I have worked a job my entire life and I am currently employed in the aerospace manufacturing
industry. I have come to realization that I have that urge to serve my fellow citizens. My father
has worked with the US Navy before and when I look at the years of his service, I greatly respect
all that he endured and sacrificed in order to serve his country in due diligence. I believe that
serving in the US nervy is a noble course. When I talk to other members of the navy, I see a
desire for life, dedication and honor. I have learnt what it takes to be an officer and I know I have
what it takes to be an officer in US navy.
I am seeking an opportunity to work in the US navy because I have a great urge to serve
my country. I believe that this will be the best opportunity that will be given to me to show to the
world what it takes to be a true servant of humanity. The society is looking forward to see people
who are committed and dedicated in their line of duties. I want to show my fellow citizen that it

women in the US navy to defend our country, serve my country and become an officer in order
to lead others as we serve the humankind. Having grown up in a family where my dad was a
military man, I got a strong sense of patriotism and the pride that comes along with serving the
country. As I was growing up I have desired a meaningful career where my dreams would come
true and I believe that joining US navy is the best place for me to fulfil my desire.
Having graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I have learnt a lot
of administrative skills and how to lead people in an organized manner. Once I get opportunity to
be an US navy officer, I will use my managerial skills where I will ensure that my team will be
the best organized group. I will ensure that there is proper coordination of task assigned to the
group and ensure that there is unity of command even when undertaking the mission that will be
given to us. I believe that US navy will offer me the challenge and the excellency of life that I
