society needs. the development process in the country gets influenced due
to the diversity in the country. the purpose of the presentation is to shed
light on the argument on the presidential election process in USA

was introduced so that the foreign influences can be
avoided from the US politics. In the regulation it was
mentioned that the people who are from us are able to
govern their own country as they have much information
regarding their country compared to the foreign citizen
(McManamon, 2014).

In the American constitution, it is mentioned that Vice
president and President of America needs should belong to
the US. However in a media promotion the negative
information regarding the former President of America
Barrack Obama was published. In the report it was

After the 9/11 incident, shadow of terrorism has become the
important concern in American History. The record of the
candidates are being critically analyzed by the
administrative authority.

Conclusion
In this study, it can be concluded that the legislative
framework introduced by the election commission in USA
creates the concerning situation for the indigenous people
in America. In the argumentative analysis, it can be said
that sense of patriotism and intensity are important in
terms of ensuring the right candidate. As per my
understanding, gender or nationality of the candidate can
not measure the ability of the person in case of performing
the job role of president in a country.
