Interactive system and their User
The interactive system that is chosen in this system is an online bus ticket booking
system. The app that is chosen for this section is CheckMyBus. This human interactive system is
mainly concerned with booking of bus tickets as per the understanding of the requirement of the
user and the passengers. People who needs to travel in a regular manner are the targeted audience
of the human interactive system. The user of the human interactive system has been increasing in
a gradual manner. With gradual increasing of the population the importance of the entire human
interaction system also increases. This report will provide a better understanding of the use cases
that can be taken into consideration. Another issue that is present includes provisioning of the
use case diagram. This report will also provide a proper understanding of the usability
requirements. Evaluation methodology will also be stated in this section. Proper discussion of the
evaluation process will also be stated in this report.

This use case diagram helps in proper understanding of the processes that must be
performed and hence better understanding of the functional process of the human interactive
system can be made.
Usability Requirement
The Usability requirement testing in the processing of the Heuristic test process includes
performing testing regarding the visibility of the system status. The visibility of the system status
will include the fact that the human interactive system that is chosen for this case includes better
understanding of the feedback regarding the status of the system. The human interactive system
that is chosen in this report is CheckMyBus. Testing regarding the providing of the feedback that
will be provided as per the functioning of the CheckMyBus will also be performed. Testing
regarding the match in between the system and Real World will be tested. This testing will be
considered as one of the major aspect that will ensure proper understanding of the language that
will be used by the users of the human interaction system. This is one of the main aspects that the
management of the testing process will be maintained as per the familiarity of the audience. This
testing also ensured proper understanding of the testing process of the data that will ensure
proper management of the system. This will ensure the fact that the real time adaptability of the
CheckMyBus will be tested. User control and freedom in the functioning of the testing process of
human interaction process is also taken into consideration. This is one of the major aspect that
will ensure better understanding of the controlling the system as per the performing of the
communication efficiency of the CheckMyBus with the user of the app is taken into
consideration. Consistency and the Standards of the human interactive system must be
performed. The functioning of the system must not vary in case of different circumstances. Error

Evaluation methodology
The evaluation methodology that is used in the testing process is heuristic methodology.
The test of heuristic testing process is performed with the help of the reviewing off the system.
Reviewing of the system interface has been one of the main reason that the processing of
acceptability of the user principles. This process will be performed as per the introduction of the
principles and treating them as the reference for processing of the test completion process.
Evaluators have been measuring the processing of the efficiency of the human interaction system
that is put into the testing phase. The techniques that are used in the processing of the test
performing includes implementation of the visibility of the status of the system. Usage of the

be taken into consideration includes visual experience that is provided by the human interaction
system. In case of the CheckMyBus, The visual appearance of CheckMyBus is very precise.
Data that are presented are provided in a proper linier manner. The data set that is provided in the
system includes the fact that the commencement of the project gets performed as per the
sequence that will help the user to navigate and perform the entire process in a better manner.
The functions that are performed are also stated in CheckMyBus in a proper manner. But the
major issue that was seen was the colour contrast of the human interaction system is
comparatively low and hence the data that are present in the human interactive system is a bit
difficult to understand. The background picture that is provided is very bright and the font colour
used is white this reduces the contrast. The graphics that is used in the human interaction system
is very basic in nature. This imbibes the fact that the navigation process gets very easy.
 Match Between System and the Real World
The main aspect of using the human interaction system is that proper communication
process can be made with the users. The main barrier that is present includes the fact that the
language across the globe varies and hence communication process gets affected in a negative
manner. Hence in case the interaction process the user will feel out of pace in case the language

This section of the testing ensures the fact that the management of the data management
will get performed as per the processing of the data processing. This ensures the fact that the

categorization. Proper checking of the colour categorising is also performed as per the contrast
and brightness management of the human interface system. Labelling of the data that are present
in the human interface system must be performed in a manner that will help in better undergoing

positioning of the visuals will also be checked. This leads to the fact that the management of the

of CheckMyBus, the main aspect that must be taken into consideration includes the fact that the

the system. In case of CheckMyBus the navigation process is well maintained. The sole issue
that is present in the system was that the data contrasting of the entire human interface system is
low. Hence illegibility of the data present in the system increases. The background photo that is
present includes the fact that the management of the colour combination must be improved.
In case of the usage of the match between real worlds includes the fact that CheckMyBus,
has a separate section that ensures that change in language can be made as this will help the users
in gaining a better experience. Financial transaction can also made as per the nation is belonging
from. Hence this section of the test gets executed in a proper manner.
User control and freedom of users are also very high as cancellation of bookings can also
be performed, leading to the fact that the efficiency process gets performed in a manner that

helps in increasing the freedom of the users. In case the seats are booked and the user wants to
cancel the same, this can be done with proper reason behind this and before a certain time money
will be refunded and this gives the users trust on the human interactive system.
Consistency and standards of the CheckMyBus is maintained highly as the data that are
present in the section will get performed as per the processing of the data will stay throughout
the system.
Error preventing is performed perfectly as predictive data will be provided and hence
proper understanding of the data management by the users. The input process of the users gets
easy as they get a reference as what to put in the section.
