1. Executive Summary
Business proposals can be defined as the written document which are sent to
prospective client in order to obtain a specific job. The content of the business proposals must
be very much well defined and must be having limited activities. The content of business
proposals must include detailed description of the project, along with the time and cost
required for each of the activities of this project. The detailed discussion of the return of
investment is discussed in the business proposals so that the investors can decide about their
investment prospects in the project. The communication plan for each of the stakeholders
involved in the project as well as the risk mitigation strategies are the prime aspects of the
business proposals. Scheduling of each of the activities in the project is generally illustrated
in the business proposals. Thus, every minute details of the project can be understood by a
potential investor from a business proposal.
The prime objective of this project is the development of a user friendly online
education management system from where students up to class 8 can get their maths lessons.
This project shall require the support from both the internal and external stakeholders, the
internal stakeholders shall be making the entire plan of this project in the documentation and
the external stakeholders like designers and developers will be working to develop the
system.
One of the most essential segment of this project is the detailed discussion of the
contractual agreements required for each of the external stakeholders, description of the
entire procedure using the use case description, advantages of using the new software, scope
of the software, significance of the knowledge and machine learning algorithm, payback
period of the project. It is very much essential to say that the payback period of this project
will be very much low as compared with the other projects and also from the social

perspective it can be said that this software can be very much useful for the younger child to
understand the concepts of mathematics in a more detailed manner. Thus, this user friendly

2. Project background
There are different categories of challenges which are faced by the younger students
especially in the subject of maths in terms of the difficulties of the enrolment procedure and
getting the quick updates. Some of the students faces huge difficulties to understand their
maths lessons in the classes, thus this education management system will be very much
useful for them to study their maths lessons from their home. It can be said that most of the
wrong assumptions of the students mostly about the complexity of this subject can be
addressed using this education management system. Expressing individual concerns to the
lecturers is one of the most challenges faced by young maths students [35]. The learning
abilities of the younger students are sometimes restricted due to the protocols and the
regulations which are practised in schools [2]. Apart from that, huge pressure are felt by the
school students in order to complete their maths assignments and the maths projects. There
are huge communication gaps between the younger maths students and maths teachers [1].
Thus, this business proposal will be very much significant for the investors of this project to
understand that this project has a lot of social value as it can help the younger students to
understand maths from different perspectives which are not discussed in the classrooms.
Most of the challenges faced by the guardians of the younger students as they cannot
understand the maths modules which are taught in the classrooms. The difficulties of the

The objectives of the project are listed as followings:
 The prime objectives of this project to create a user friendly education management
system for the students up to class 8.
 To help the guardian of the younger students in the enrolment procedure for the online
maths courses.
 To help the students of class 8 to solve the complexities of maths.
3.2 Proposed system use case
The responsibilities of each of the actors associated with this education management
system can be identified from the below use case diagram. This is one of the most significant
segment of this business proposal as the investors can get a detailed understanding about the
functionalities of this education management system from this use case description [34]. The
three different internal stakeholders which is associated with this system are student, course
coordinator and admin [3]. It can be said that the functionalities of each of the three actors
are very much depended from each other and the success of this system will depend upon the

much useful in our society [33]. The needs and concerns of each of students can be addressed
from the online resources which will be provided from this education management system.
Most of the education management system for the juniors which exists in the market
is not very much user friendly in nature thus this software has to be designed in such a way so

education management system and get the solutions of their mathematical problems.
This software shall be providing a wide range of services in terms of the animation

[4]. The other feature of this software which can provide a competitive advantage to this
business are the charts, models, flash cards, bulletins and PowerPoint presentations.
The other important feature of this software is the adaptive testing modules which can
be very much useful to engage the younger students of the society [32]. The difficulties as

3.11 Knowledge database and machine learning algorithm
Step 1: Knowledge database design
The role of the designers are very much important regarding the creation of the
knowledge database for this online business [8]. The database which can be very much useful
for this online maths tuition classes is a relational database. One of the prime advantage of
this database is that it eliminated any data duplication procedure [26]. The flexibility offered
