Project Objectives:
The objective of the project is to create an event space for accommodation of

of soccer. This objective has to be achieved within one year with proper
infrastructure being developed.
Success Criteria:
Following are the criteria of the success for the project.
 To provide an event space for supporting more than 10 thousand
audiences in the stadium.
 Providing a particular fan venue for accommodation of 200 to 250 fans in
the stadium.
 Providing extra facilities like free network connectivity for the people who
are coming to watch the game.
 A space for buying and selling merchandise and customized items along
with facilities of concession.
 Ensuring safety of the automobiles in the parking lot along with traffic
control system outside the stadium.
 The trained employee installed all over the stadium to assist the people
throughout the match.
Approach:
 In order to fulfill the criteria of the success, a project plan will be prepared.
With the help of the project plan, the stakeholders are determined.
 A detailed timeline and budget plan is developed which helps in
determining the exact cost of the development of the infrastructure for the
stadium.
 Risk assessment will be done to determine the risks of the project such
that they can be mitigated.
