The following report is based on a case study regarding the consequences and issues that
are faced by two organizations for their merger. The name of the companies is Uwear and
Paledenim, Uwear is an upscale uniform manufacturing company which is situated at New York.
The organization has in total one manufacturing plant and three distribution centers in the city.
Paledenim is the supplier of low cost denim where the major customer base of the organization
is at Midwestern Unites States. The major objective of the case study is to identify certain
factors that area associated with the issues caused in the merger of these two organizations. The
other major part of the study is to identify which leadership theory or role can be most applicable
to bring a positive effect to this merger.

Problem: The following case study is based on two companies Uwear and Paledenim which area
at the stage of merger, but the organizations are facing several problems from the management
regarding the policies and procedures that area associated with the organization. ALTAP
consulting has taken the responsibility of the issue and consequences caused regarding the
