Business communication is one of important component that can be described as process of sharing information among people
within a company (Blewitt, Parsons, and Shane, 2018). It includes how employees and management of company interact with each
others. This report includes analysation of campaign of general theories of communication, its barrier and strategies to overcome
of these barriers. Business communication model
There are different types of business communication model is used in business as different elements is used in different
communication situation (Bolten, 2020). There are different model which can be used by business for purpose of ensuring flow of
information. Explanation of these communication model is mentioned below:
Aristotle's persuasion model: It is one of business communication model that is introduce by Aristotle who is a Greek
Philosopher known for Aristotle's persuasion. As per this theory, any teacher or political leader can send deliver their speech in
public gathering in classroom in which style included is persuasion model This model is including main three elements in process
of business communication. In this, sender is delivering their message to receiver and there is not place for response of receiver as
their role is neglected there (Chen, Davison, and Ou, 2020). It includes one sided business communication model. For instance,
government is giving speech for purpose of increasing awareness among people for getting vaccination. This model is implemented
in this situation as focus on government is to increase awareness and not on getting response from people.

communication (Naidoo, and Dulek, 2022). As mentioned in picture, there are mainly three parties involved in process of communication X, Y and Z among which
two parties who wants to communicate to each other needs to depend on third party and can create influence on process of business communication. It is a model that
does not include all elements of business communication process in which sender as well as receiver is not identified. For instance, heath worker For instance,
government is taking help of social influencer who is creating influence over people for purpose of getting vaccination as soon as possible in order to minimise threat

Barrier of communication includes those hurdle which does not allow people to ensure smooth flow of information (Pikhart, 2018). In order to communicate efficiently, a person needs to trust on another
person. But due to different barriers and problems, this communication can sometime fails. In order to increase speed of vaccination in a country, government is communicating with people. It allow
them to increase awareness among people and also to speed up vaccination process in country. But there are various barrier occur which prevent people from vaccine. These barrier of communication
that prevent people from vaccine is mentioned below:
Lack of awareness: There is lack of awareness among people regarding vaccination process which does not allow them to hear government and prevent them from vaccination. Due to this lack of self
awareness, people are assuming that vaccine can cause harm to people which does not allow them to get vaccination. Due to this, people are also unable to understand reason and importance behind
vaccine. Rumours: Rumours are another reason due to which communication barrier is created and that results in preventative of people from vaccine (Schartel Dunn, and Lane, 2019). There are various
rumours came at time of introduction of new vaccine as people are assuming things by their own and does not believe on authentic information. Different people are creating different rumours as vaccine
can cause negative impact over their health. It does not allow other people to tasking vaccine process seriously. Sometimes due to this, people are thinking that vaccine does not work properly and there
is not impact of it that also prevent them from get vaccination. Rumours are also increase with political influence as due to get political advantage, political party are making rumours about vaccine that
prevent people from vaccine.
Lack of trust: Lack of trust is another component which create barrier in communication. Trust is important factor that allow people for purpose of believing to another person. It is important for
government to get trust of people in order to get them vaccinated but people are not trusted to vaccine which prevent them from vaccine (Sheffield, 2020). People are thinking about vaccine is not made
with proper research and development that create fear among them and they does not wants to make compromise in their healthy that prevent them from vaccination.
Literacy: Literacy is important factors which make a person open minded to get new information. It can create a barrier in process of communication in vaccination process. People with less literacy rate
are not accepting vaccine and even after government initiative for increasing awareness, they are not ready to take vaccination in compare to literate people who understand benefits of vaccine.
Strategies of government to overcome of barrier
There are different types of strategies to be adopted by government in order to ensure smooth flow of vaccination as it protect their people from disease
and also allow them for maintain health of people. Some of strategies that can be adopted by government is mentioned below:
Advertisement is one of strategy to be adopted by government that helps them to promote vaccination among people. It allow them for creating
influence over people to get vaccination which is important for speeding up vaccination process.
Education is another strategy which is used by government that increase awareness among people for getting vaccination. It is important in
order to boost process of vaccination and create trust among them and provide them information that there is no side effect of vaccine on people. •
Government policies and plans in order to increase process of vaccination in their country. For which, they are producing more vaccine that is
sufficient them for purpose of meeting demand of vaccine.
Free supply of vaccine is also an effective strategy which motivate people to get vaccine. As there are some people who wants to take vaccine
but due to its cost, they cannot afford it. In order to overcome of it, government can provide free vaccine to their citizen.
Extra benefit to vaccinated people is also important which also create motivation among people as it allow them for purpose of getting
vaccination.

CONCLUSION
From above mentioned project report, it can be concluded that there are different types of communication model that ensure
effectiveness of process of communication. Communication process helps company for purpose of sharing of information from one
person to another person. There is various barrier occur in process of communication which prevent people from vaccination. These
includes rumours, lack of awareness, literacy and other things. In order to overcome of it, different strategies to be adopted by
government that motivate people to get vaccine.
