VACCINATION SCHEDULE

make sure your child's immunizations are up to
date. Timely vaccinations help to prevent
disease and keep your family and the community healthy. Some immunizations are given in
a single shot, while others require a series of shots over a period of time.

recommended ages. Missed doses will be assessed by your child's physician and given if
