INTRODUCTION
Covid-19 has brought about a severe situation in the entire world where there are certain
consequences that are picturised as well as indicated. The communication with respect to
establishing the standards of vaccination has an overwhelming response and there has been a
negotiation that are pertaining with respect to its severity. The report emphasizes over the
organisational communication as well as the barriers are falling in regard to the vaccination
policies as well as the plants and the identifiable measures that are actually influential measures
of the vaccination plan. The planning that is associated with government as well as the
management of these barriers is indicated in this report.

THEORIES FOR ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION

and can also be prioritised. It is considered to be one of the important parts of organisation
communication theory. This year we usually highlight the fact that the skills are required in order
to bring about an establishment towards the explanation as well as to implement the plans that
are put forth with respect to the significant vaccination policies. In order to bring about a proper
awareness in the midst of people the different organisational policies will incorporate
Bureaucracy theory in order to educate people with respect to the importance of getting
vaccinated. This particular theory is often seen in various countries which is followed by an
action plan to amend.
Acceptance theory of authority
The acceptance theory particularly takes the responsibility of dealing with circumstances of
getting vaccinated. These organisational responsibilities that accept and theory usually deals with
will focus upon people as well as their agreement over their need of getting vaccinated. This
theory particularly stresses over the fact that the authorities that are in charge of organisational

Physical barrier
The physical barrier is mostly faced by the government. In order to make sure that the
