Value engineering refers to the systematic approach that has been prepared in order to

In the similar way, the cost of fittings and furnishings which is the major part of the
project i.e. 49% of the overall budget. Hence, in order to reduce with a medium of taking

alternative solution by adopting Extruded brick which costs nearly £1 / brick that helps the
complete project in order to reduce the overall monetary fund in highly considerable manner
(Kirwan and Rogers, 2020).
According to the above prepared changes, it has been evaluated that various elements in
relation to finish the project, the substitute items greatly affects and arrange changes in highly
considerable manner. The changes are considered to be implemented in positive manner because
it reduces the overall costing of the project that can be utilized in some another aspect such as
designing, interior, etc. which helps to modify the project in effective ways.
The changes that has been adopts are considered as the modern changes that are highly
reliable in recent days or era as it helps in highly suitable manner to lower does the costs as well
as make the whole project greatly sustainable for longer period of time frame. The cost
implications over the assignment are considered to become optimistic in nature as it further
linked with another aspects that the overall cost will be reduced without making any impact over
the efficiency of the project. With the imposition of certain changes and modifications within the
project, the manager are able to utilize new and advanced technologies that are highly significant
in today's terms to finish the task in greatly considerable manner. It greatly helps the value
enhancement and quality enhancement that satisfies the customer of client in highly considerable
manner.
