How are British Values Embedded into Collaborative working
There is always a pace that is achieved for learning aspects for staff for this purpose the Ofstede's
new educational Framework has implemented assets that are related to personal development.
These also comes under the British values which are regarded as the four pillars of learning. The
most important aspect of this framework is that the values can be incorporated and it will help to
analyse the factors through online learning (Habib, 2017). There is a sense of flexibility in the
online learning process and that is achieved through British values. This program helps in

meeting the needs that are achieved through individual learning. If there are any study gaps that
are identified in an individual learning program by using these British values one can easily
incorporate the necessary learning outputs.

in the way they ought to be. This requires a skill set that what project management will be
reflected upon for collaboration because in order to work for a project the team will have to

Poor execution strategy: execution will have to be performed in the way that is necessary for
