The initial step of greeting new employees in organisations and gearing up them for their
respective roles in company is known as employee induction. It is termed as orientation and
introduction of employees in company's culture and presented them with the relationship they
will have with others (Masoud, and Tariq, 2020). The major purpose of induction is to embed
new employees in company and ensure that they understand systems and processes adopted by
enterprise. It helps in making new employees feel familiar with workplace and with other
employees.
