Diversity at workplace refer to businesses which employ the candidates from different
aspects of characteristics such as religion, ethnicity, education and different cultural background.
Team diversity is important as it enables the people to work together for developing the
innovative idea and also create a strategy for solving certain problems (Wang et.al 2019).
Leaders are also able to understand the decisions that are made on different facts. Rationale for
paper represents its goal as to explore the potential effect of team value which accounts team
process as well as effective job performance (Exploring the Effects of Value Diversity on Team
Effectiveness, 2022). Team diversity helps in increasing the creativity, it helps in decision
making process as well strengthens the skills of employees. Such organisations are able to
maximise their revenues, as they are able to gain the community support that is helpful for
business growth. This paper is discussing how diversity value usually impacts the team
performance and how it affects the team performance.

What is the concept of team diversity that affects the business performance? What are the
potential impact of team value diversity over task performance? What are the prominent factors
of working in diverse environment? How to handle certain situation where team mates become
culturally insensitive?

taylor poling (2022). has selected the exploration method to understand the diversity in teams.
This study has explored the comprehensive framework which accounts the elements of human
values. For conducting this study sample of 306 people are selected by random sampling, that are
further divided in 60 teams. They are assigned to lay out the complex hand on (Guzmán, Pinto-
Gutiérrez, Trujillo, 2021). Thus complex hand on task will help in understanding the high
interdependencies among the team mates, and also lay out the different aspects of team process

for future application
Findings shows that diversity value in team mates has no great significant effect on job
performance (Li, J. et.al 2020). Moreover, diversity with different value dimensions had unique
impact on team process. Outcomes are consistent it represents that few diversities related to
process result which is more resemblance gives outcome in great team cohesions and it also few
conflicts can see.
As for the research it discusses that impacts team leadership plays an important role as in
diverse environment responsibility of leader generally increases, they need to ensure that there
will be no conflicts between the teams. It is required for them to equally treat everyone, and to
carefully listen both parties statement before reaching to conclusion, it helps in negotiating the
conflicts. Therefore Team leader concern with organisational resource to make all place at right
side they ensure to solve the problems of employee by giving them better solution. It has been
found that if the organisation does not have inclusive work environment, in such firm’s
productivity suffers the most. Leadership plays an major role for improving the work culture, it
helps in improving the business functionalities, thus team leaders plays an major role to assign
the task to their team members according to their skills, it helps in positive communication
among the team members. Team spirit also develop the opportunities for the future, as to develop
a innovative environment to increase the work place productivity. It is also analysed that team
leaders need to involve the teambuilding factors such as to add agendas with team mates to know
and talk about the combines key values profile of the team. It will help in accomplishing the task
with maximum efficiency. Thus for the success of every business, it is required to implement
diverse culture in which all the members are allowed to share their values in workplace
environment, it will lead the business in forward direction.
