research over various organizational process. There are various kinds of evidences which is used
in an organization these are organizational data, facts and figures, business analytics,
management information systems. In organizational data all kinds of perspectives are covered
that helps in making organization understand about over all performance which makes
fluctuations within organizational aspect understood. The comes facts and figures it has
important role to play in improving organization internal and external working by giving ideas
about profit and loss taken place by an organization. Another element is business analytics that is
used in analysing business aspects which makes various functions of organization performed on

people. Then management information system is used which helps in developing various
