Weaknesses
Outdates products - If Van Heusen have too many basic concepts, then can be somewhat
bored for their clothes. They may feel that something is missing. Maybe they do not have colour
diversity, and everything seems to be mixed. Maybe all styles have no character in the non-Bible.
There is nothing to stop the in the field of the market. As they choose clothes and they have been
too long in safe areas (Carletti, and et.al., 2020). If there are too many basic concepts they will
choose an animated colour or letter. Buy colourful scarves and fun earrings in the field of the
area. They try to buy new fabrics and textures that you no longer have for your wardrobe.
Non- favourable products - spring is a moment for light and bright colours with a heavier fabric.
Customer want favourable products from the company but Falling is a moment for the darker
colour of a light cloth for warm autumn, and the weather begins to cool. Maybe the business of
the management do not have so much for summer. Even long- sleeved shirts and even if
necessary they will find a light and bright colour with light fabrics as effectively and efficiently
in the business of the Van Heusen. Maybe they live in a warm climate and they are a little light
in winter clothes. They are cobbled and add the light jacket and a soft sweater to a soft and night
and night. By objectively assessing the strengths and disadvantages of the costume, they can
concentrates on the energy and money (Freeman, Parmar, and Martin, 2020). Van Heusen does
not manufacture in- house, but outsources most of its production to more than 800 independent
suppliers in the Europe and Asia. Although this strategy will contributes to its success and it
keeps the company at the mercy of its suppliers. The problem with Van Heusen’s fast fashion
model is reliance on fashion trends set by major designer brands. This is a major weakness,
because fashion models are drawn to radical new designs rather than existing fashion trends.

In-effective information technology implementation in business logistic and supply chain
management
It has been identified that Van Heusen is making less investment in information technology in
their business logistics and supply chain management. This weakness is making company to face
high rate of competition from other rivals. It also affects their decisions related to smooth supply
chain management (Chiang, Kou and Koo, 2021). Furthermore, it has been identified that other
rivals of Van Heusen is taking use of information technology in their business logistic and
supply chain management operations. With this they are satisfying needs and demands of
consumers more efficiently. Less investment of information technology in business logistic and
supply chain management operation is significantly making Van Heusen to decrease their
efficiency of supply chain which is hampering the overall satisfaction of consumers (Gumilang,
2021). In this it is essential for respective organisation to significantly improves upon
implementation of information technology as to perform their roles and responsibilities in an
efficient manner.
CONCLUSION
Thus, according to the above-mentioned report, it has been concluded that it is essential for
organisation to effectively invest in different aspects such as information technology in business
logistic, digital advertisement and emphasize upon all the essential laws and legislation which is
associated to the industry. From this report it has been identified that there are some certain
weaknesses that will lead organisation to a significant increase in the competition from other
rivals. Along with the weaknesses identified above such as less investment in information
technology in business logistic and more effect organisation in terms of less productivity and

profitability. Along with that it has been identified from the support that organisation by making
significant improvement and business logistics and supply chain management operations can
effectively serve the needs and demands of consumers in a well-defined and effective manner.
This report also stated that effective implementation of information technology will allow the
company to enhance their competitiveness in industry. Information Technology will allow the
company to significantly operate the business operations in a flexible and efficient manner. It
also helps company to manage their business operations in more flexible manner and supply
chain management. Company with information technology can be more productive and perform
roles and responsibility in a team to generate solution to a wide range of a supply chain
management problems. With the help of effective information technology in supply chain
management company can enhance that business growth and opportunities and can enhance the
overall profitability in more efficient way.
