favourite choice for international students. The
variety and diversity of opportunities that the place
can offer to its students undoubtedly makes it an
unbeatable choice for the educationists and the aspirants. The foremost important aspect for
any student is the quality of education that the place can offer and Vancouver again tops the
list. The courses offered are exceptionally good and most importantly designed to suit the
industry needs.
Specialisation for Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D level is available in varied fields such as
communication, business law, pharmaceutical sciences and much more. Moreover the
courses are easily made available both in English and in French. The second attractive
component that makes Vancouver a lot more appealing to its International students is its
affordability be in terms of education or everyday living. Financial crunch is a very common
issue that most students face, hence Vancouver has made it easy with varied different options
be it in terms of accommodation, food or transport. There are expensive on-campus hostels as
well as sharing apartments which are very affordable and liveable; the public transports are

fulfil their dreams one major realisation was everyone very easily falls in love with this place,
there is definitely some magic in the air!.
Jasdeep Kaur an Indian student who is residing in Vancouver for past eight months and she
is pursuing Master of Journalism from Ryerson University, interviewing her on her
experience of being an International student and living in Vancouver once again made it clear
why this city is so dear to all its residents. She is extremely delighted with the ample amount
of earning opportunities that the city has to offer. She
is herself involved in a part-time job along with her
studies and feels that it will help her more to build her
career. On being asked about the weather and food she
replied with a smile, “I feel at home here”. There is a
Chinatown, Asian Restros, pubs and nightclubs
coupled with sports and other entertainment options.
Her friend Gabreal who is an American shared their experience of a fantastic ski and varied
other snow sports that the city offers.

Research Analysis:
1. The sources used includes: qualitative data regarding the courses and standard of
education from Vancouver education Association, Vancouver Bar Association to
ascertain the recruitment opportunities and guidelines available in the city. Vancouver
District Student Council to help analyse the life of International students and hear
their opinion regarding the quality of life in Vancouver.
2. The information was accessed through online survey, telephonic interview and with
personal and group interview sessions.
3. The best possible standard has been adhered in collecting and analysing the
information with minimised scope of biasness. The students were advised to put aside
their personal biasness and answer with a holistic approach.
4. The sources used for collecting information were first verified with a long question
and answer process before the actual data collection procedure began and the data
collected were also verified and double checked.
5. The two basic interviews were of the international students who were found busy
shopping in the streets of the city. They were asked to spare some moment and share
their own experiences which were later verified from the university they claimed to be
associated with and the office where they said to be working as a part-time content
writer.
