The VARK model, developed by Neil Fleming in 1987, helps students understand and enhance their learning abilities. Auditory learners focus on listening, visual learners rely on diagrams and visual aids, read/write learners prefer text-based learning, and kinesthetic learners learn through physical activities and real-world experiences. The author reflects on personal experiences and identifies read/write and visual learning as the most effective styles for their own learning, emphasizing the importance of note-taking and visual representations. INTRODUCTION
Skills are generally all the aspects and the areas practise which are being managed and
identified by the individuals in order to manage and frame working and the efficiency to be
regulated in the people (Sood and Sarin, 2021). In order to manager the education system there is
been drawn that all the aspectual skills are important for management and systematic approach.
This report will cover and identify all the learning styles with general VARK Model. Further it
will also cover the preferred style used by the author and the type of learning elements.
TASK
Discuss the four types of learning styles included in VARK model :
VARK is an effective model which helps in managing and analysing all the students to
manage and enhance their learning applicabilities and also to make the easy approach in all the
learning areas. VARK model is being made in 1987 by Neil Fleming. As there is been seen that 4
different types of learning styles are been given which are being explained thereunder: Auditory Learners- In all such learning the person generally focus on their ear senses
more and focus on listening all the content carefully and try to analyse and manage the
learning through it. All the students who opt such skills manages the tone of the speech
and also focus on the rate and the verbal content (Ouherrou and El Kafi, 2020). They also
try to manage the listening in all group activities in which they exchange the ideas with
one another. All such student generally prefer to exchange all the group discussion in
detailed manner and there is been seen that they in order to manage the deep learning
focus on reading the content loudly with repeatable and clear manner. In all such areas
there is been seen that the flip grid method to all the students. In order to manage the
learning they focus on the audio recordings, hearing in different responses for gaining the
answers and also making study podcast. In order to make the clear and proper
understanding in all such areas the students Also manage to have the telephonic
conversation with their guardians and the superior to know the meaning of the topic. Visual learners- in all such learning there is been seen that the students focus on the
visual reading and learning and manage to have the diagrams, drawings and the different
clearly visible highlighting elements. All such students focus on learning from graphical

representations, diagrams, notes and many more. All such students manages proper notes
and their study material to be made in colour differentiations and variable distinctions. In
order to give the deep understanding to all such student different sketch and the graphs
can be ideally made which manages and evaluate all the nature and the learning to be
easy for them (Cuevas and Dawson, 2018). Read/ Write learners- In all such learning the student manages and grab the knowledge
by managing all the text format and the notes to be written down by them. They manage
effectively all the learning to be written down by them and also by focusing on all the
important key areas. Here all the charts and the diagrams can also be used to make it
presentable fro the individuals. Some of the main tools which are being used in all such
areas are like story bird, book creator and many more.
Kinaesthetic learners- This is mainly all such learning in which the student gain the
knowledge from the outside exposure rather then attending lectures. Their implied that all
the students conducts and manage the physical activities to be aligned rather then
focusing on the classroom working (Movchun, Lushkov and Pronkin, 2021). Student
manages to have the posters, flashcards and all other resources that helps the students to
manage the process of information as with proper format. The students manages to learn
form all the new ideologies and the poster and the ways in which they seek interest.
Discuss the personal experience
According to my personal experience and views I analysed that there are various learning
styles which are being given for the individuals. In my perspective there is been seen that the
best style which can be opted form all these options are to manage and gain the read and write
methods. As in such styles there is been seen that that I will be able to grab all the knowledge
and the information in proper manner. So the read and write will help in managing the notes and
also in statementing the learning in proper manner. Other then this it is been seen that the Visual
learning style will also be helpful for me to manage and gain the information as there are certain
insula pictures which involves all the diagrams, graphs, content and all the other elements
through which learning can be enhanced. As I opt all the visual to be grasped bin easy manner
and the read and write will also manage my knowledge to be enhanced so both these styles will
help me out to maintain the learning strategy through which the effective learning will be
developed.
