INTRODUCTION
The skills are the ways that help us in different areas and ways according to the provided
skill and give us a identification form other people. There are several different types of skills
related to the study that help us in achieving higher education smoothly. The education is an
important element to make one's life smooth and efficient (Kaplan and Yurtseven, 2021). The
following report is based on identifying different types of learning style that helps in categorising
the ways of learning through VARK model. It also provides with the author's preferred and used
type of learning style.
TASK
Discuss the four types of learning styles included in VARK model :
VARK is model or tool designed with the motive of helping students to learn more about
their own preferences that can help them in making the learning processes easy and more
effective. The model was developed in 1987 by Neil Fleming. There are four types of learning
style provided in this model which are mentioned in detail in the following points :
Visual learners – These are the types of students that prefer to learn by the looking and
making a differentiation that must be clearly visible to help in categorising different
topics on the base of their importance. For this, they use a lot of diagrams, highlighters
and organising the notes through suing graphic representations. Theses students prefer
their notes and study matter to be specifically and clearly organised form through using
colour differentiation or using some other type of distinctions. For helping and promoting
visual learners, sketch notes can be used which are the set of text with drawings or
pictures. This makes the leaning clear and quick to be studied with deep understanding.
Auditory learners – These learners prefer to take more use of their ear senses for their
learnings. These type of students listen carefully and often the rate and tone of the speech
is focused by them. In the group activities, the preference of the group discussions for
exchanging of ideas between each other is there. When studying alone, they like to speak
their content loudly and repeating them for deep learning (Incik, 2020). The method of
flip grid can be used to help the related type of students. This means to ask questions,
hearing responses of the answers, providing with audio recordings of lectures and
creating study related podcasts. It can even use 'telephone' specified strategies, in this the

making of presentations can help an ind9ividual in learning. There are various tool
wh9ich can help the students such as story bird or book creator.
Kinaesthetic learners- These type of learners learn best through hands- on learning
opportunities. This type of learning is taken place by the students at the time of
conducting any kind of physical activities within the classroom, rather than learning at
the time of lecture. Other possibilities are to give students new opportunities to create
with the content whether it is by making flashcards, creating some poster or other
resource to use in the classroom. Providing graphic organizers are helpful so students can
process the information and put it into a chart or some other format.

From my personal experience I would like to say that all the type of kerning style in
important for an individual. But from my side and in my perspective the best style which suited
me was the red and write style of learning. This is a style where I was able to grab the more
information in an effective way. This style is where I was writing the notes in the classroom
during my lectures as well as I use to rewrite at the time of learning. This tool was an effective
while preparing for th3e exams. Also the another style of learning is visual learners where I was
able to grab the more information by looking at the visual pictures. This include the diagrams,
charts etc. which made the content easy for me to understand. I am the person with the visual
learner and read and write learner type of personality wh9ich also help me out in my internal
exams. This would be the best strategy for me in my learning process.
